Indian Casinos are in many states. What's so special?

And then it says Card Rooms are legal, as they are here in California, which are not real "casinos." If they were, people wouldn't drive 100 miles to a good Indian Casino.

I don't see where it says they are all indian casino's? Also there are towns in nevada that do not allow gambling. Trying to find a good source to link you since wikipedia is the worst source that you could ever use on the internet.
 
It would be good if they went for Paul, but it's still a state infested with liberals and hipster types.

You have all the same bets available. The Indian craps are decided by the flip of two cards out of a 36 card deck. You still roll the dice (a blue and red dice). Which ever dice is higher, blue or red, determines what color card is turned over. The cards have pictures of dice pairs on them. They go by the values on the cards. They try to say the odds are the same but they really are not as it takes out the randomness of someone on a hot rolling streak. I played once and swore I would never play indian craps again when craps was "rolled" seven times in a row right after the point was set. The seventh time....thinking it could not happen again I bet heavier....bam. Craps again. Everyone at the table walked away after that.

Because the indians have to comply with existing California gambling laws. One of the laws is that dice cannot determine the outcome of a game. Basically we have what is called parimutuel gaming laws in CA. The house has a predetermined take on any bet and they are not interested in someone losing or winning. Like the lottery and horse racing the percentage to the house is predetermined. Things have become more relaxed and it is not entirely just parimutuel but they have made it so the published odds are more precise.
