Given the choice between quitting before Iowa and staying in only to lose the nomination, Trump will choose quitting.
But as was said above, I don't see him endorsing Rand over the rest of the Republican field.
If his poll numbers fall it would not surprise me to see him drop out but he would more than likely endorse Cruz than Rand.
Although I haven't taken the time to find out it doesn't seem like Trump has any kind of serious political organization behind his campaign. Who and where are the well known successful consultants and operatives? People like Ed Rollins for example. I know he had Roger Stone for a brief period but I just don;t think he has any kind of infrastructure to deal with important functions like ballot access and experienced organizers in all 50 states. Does anyone know more on this topic?
Trump has spent the entire Republican primary viciously savaging Rand as hard as he possibly can. Ever since Trump entered the race, Rand's numbers have cratered. Why do you think he's going to endorse Rand?
The only person he's really spoken positively of is Ben Carson, who is likely going to be his running mate.
the people who have sex with their cousins will not let trump slide off anytime soon.
Trump will drop out after IA, not before. The media will unload a bimbo explosion and/or business dealings scandal on Trump in the weeks before IA so boobus can be told Jeb is surging and Jeb will win IA.
What part of his post do you disagree with? I think they (the media) will build up Jeb as the "electable" candidate and destroy Trump. There is literally 0% chance this will happen.
The media won't take him down, they already tried and failed miserably.
Some of you are completely delusional.
Rand, I like you quite a bit, but its time to call it quits. It's over for the campaign.
The Jeb campaign will make their move in about 5-6 weeks, that includes a media push that could be characterized as extremely aggressive, but it's not going to position him to win Iowa. Iowa will go to Ted Cruz, Rand or maybe Carson. Bush is going for NH and SC. Trump is in the process of destroying his campaign right now. The media won't take him down, they already tried and failed miserably.
Look in the mirror when you say that. Trump can't win a head-to-head matchup with anyone. He polls well with a certain demographic, but though they love answering polls they hate to go to the trouble to actually vote. And outside of that demographic, people refuse to have anything to do with the orange-haired clown.
Trump ain't going head-to-head with anyone in Iowa, expect a minimum of 5-7 candidates to choose from. On top of that there'a few rumors circling around in Iowa about what Carson may do in January to throw it to Trump. That's all I'm going to say about that. But isn't it interesting how Carson just signed a pledge with Trump concerning the CNBC debate format. And on top of that, Carson just left the campaign trail for 2 weeks to promote his new book.
