I just went to Murray Sabrin's website...

He has to raise $150,000 by tomorrow to retire his debt.

Fiscally conservative?

WOW! There is a lot of animosity towards Murray Sabrin - why is that? He ran a tough campaign, he did better than Ron Paul did in New Jersey and he generated a lot of discussion about the issues.

The illegal immigrants made me lose my job and then they took all of our women and kids!

I think the hostility comes from how Murray ran his campaign. An example would be continually calling himself the frontrunner when it wasn't even close to being the case.

I don't understand the hostility with regards to his debt. The guy put up $275,000 of his own money to try and jump start his campaign. It's reasonable, and standard political procedure, for him to try and recoup some of that through donations. It appears Murray will be at least 130K in the red for his campaign, and people are mad at him for that? The guy put himself in financial jeopardy (I have no idea how big a dent this is for Murray) to try and win for liberty. I personally commend Murray for this, and would hope others do the same. The only other candidate even close to Murray's self-financing commitment is BJ Lawson, who has put up 50K of his own money.

That being said, I don't think Murray ran the greatest campaign.

He ran a tough campaign

Wrong. He ran a poorly-designed commercial during two shows on FOX News that are notoriously popular among neoconservatives.

he did better than Ron Paul did in New Jersey

Wrong. They both got around 5% of the vote.

and he generated a lot of discussion about the issues.

Prove it.

Sabrin didn't even send out mailers. And he went into debt.
