I am soooo happy with what went down today...

1000 people in alexandria,la.
many people came to me for ron paul signs, my business card, C4L info, and even Ronpaulforums.com info.
:)
I may be on the local news, just depends on what they decide to air. I set up right next to the news crews.

Did you take the pictures?

The photo of the child holding the sign is special.

Could see it accompanying a story in Newsweek or Time Magazine.

I was at the one in Overland Park, KS; the pics from Wichita were from someone else, but they had a Paul Revere!

That's my 3 year old daughter holding the sign. She also had a small Gadsden flag. I couldn't take any more pictures since I had a sign and my wife was corralling our 1 and 3 year olds and a double stroller.

Greetings from really small town America, where we had a tea party from noon to 5pm, crowd was about 100, but a bus load went to the state capitol, only 6 of these people were from local GOP groups the rest were attending their first protest. Everyone had made their signs. This event was only in the paper the day before. A Civitas rep was there , but the Ron Paul rep had a table and info and, a new radio station had a microphone. passerbyers honked their horns and cheered. Lots of 3rd party and enough of this talk, and what to do next. It was great. news came that the city west had their party shut down after an hour,, because the permit only allowed them an hour. aroun 4 some people left to got to the party in the city to the south. haven't heard about it yet.WHAT A GREAT DAY.

I'm not an expert, but that photo is a classic.

I would forward it on.

And your daughter can remain anonymous.

3000+ in Baton Rouge LA

Channel 9 in Baton Rouge saying 1000 at capital

Ron Paul also mentioned at the Birmingham, AL (Hoover, AL) location. C4L volunteers in attendance and quite a few RON PAUL was RIGHT signs. Sadly, I didn't get to the event until it was almost over because of all the traffic getting there. I would say there must have been at least 2,000 in attendance. It took me 1 hour to get from the interstate to the event. Will have pics as soon as my sister n law sends them to me!

Such bullshit, media propaganda, I couldn't fit everyone in the frame, they also said there were a "few" tea parties around the country... The event was huge.

There were almost a 1000 in Covington,LA (800 or so), and Baton Rouge trumped it times 3 or 4 in regards to turnout.

There were 1500 in Paducah, KY. Mainly neocons, but more liberty activists than I would have thought.

Same in the news here. The headlines are reading "100's show for Tea Party Tax protests in Charleston". I know there was at least 1000 - 1500 when I got to it and I was an hour late passing plenty of people already leaving with their signs and flags.

Edit:
Wow, there are some reports coming out with more truthful estimates for the Charleston event

Local TV News Reports Thousands: http://www.counton2.com/cbd/news/local/article/charleston_holds_tax_day_tea_party/23565/
Southern Avenger estimates 2-2.5K in attendance: http://www.charlestoncitypaper.com/SouthernAvenger/archives/2009/04/15/charleston-tea-party-report

Morristown NJ had between 1000-1500 even in the rain and hail!

I few pics I took from Portland, OR. One of the speakers I think said 4000-5000 showed up. When a speaker asked, the vast majority said it was their first protest. Plenty of 912ers. Several speakers mentioned libertarians, and at least one was talking about silver dollars and the devaluation of paper. One person gave me an Obama Deception DVD.

I'd appreciate it if anyone attending could verify these numbers, but the reports I am getting are:
10-15k in Atlanta
about 1000 in Macon
250 in Sandersville (not bad considering the city population is a little over 6k)
