Huffington Post Not Reacting Well To Gun Bill Defeat

if liberals aren't stealing from neighbors, what have they got to worry about? o wait

They gloat when they win and pout when they don't. Absolutely childish behavior - and that's just the ones in Washington.

Anybody remember "...elections have consequences"? Yeah, it works both ways folks.

And I really didn't appreciate the Pres going on TV to lecture me about good government and the will of the majority. He and his political cronies wouldn't recognize the will of the people if it rose up and smacked them in the back of the head. Only the sympathetic (sycophantic?) media would allow him to go on TV at a moments notice to whine about how he didn't get what he wanted and then scold the American people for being such poopy heads.

But then again, America pretty much has the government that it wants and deserves.

Is this picture real? Joe Biden looks like he is sobbing!

OK, so somebody really needs to make this into a “FACE PALM—EPIC” meme. Cutting out that entire portion around the podium toward the right-side, including only Barry Soetoro and Mr. Biden, while fading out the remaining people in the background. That would so beat out the STNG Picard one.

THOSE DAMN OBSTRUCTIONIST REPUGS!!!! (even though it is a Dem controlled senate and their leader voted no)

Call the cowards out for what they are and send them packing. They do not represent me--or the majority of Americans who want the guns controlled once and for all. We are sick to death of these mewling lap dogs of the Corporatocracy and they shall not stand!

We need a pledge from voters that we will not vote for anyone who voted against the background checks. I pledge that myself now. Let them fear the voter more than the NRA, and things will get done. It is shameful that these 46 senators decided to side with a gun manufacturer lobby organization ( NRA) against the will of the silent majority. They must pay a political price. Mayor Bloomberg, please open your wallet!

It's very sad that we in the US have sooooo many in Congress who would rather be know for supporting the Firearm Industrial Complex and it's sit-up-and-beg lapdog, the NRA and followers, than be known as Patriots and Leaders of We The People.

Very Sad Day Indeed.

There are no adequate words to describe the disgust we feel for these corrupt, sociopathic politicians for the gun-horrors they defend and perpetuate for the money they are paid by the death industry. They are no champions of the Constitution, no noble defenders of freedom, they are low-life bribe-takers, for sale to the highest bidder. Visceral disgust is all they deserve, and in a just world would witness first-hand the gun-horrors they are paid to support.

And on and on it goes. Not to say differing opinions aren't there too.

What you're watching is psychos in action. The bill wouldn't have prevented Adam Lanza's mother from passing the background check and buying the guns. So how is the bill related to justice for the victims? It isn't. They're trying to stir emotions in their fellow crazies and direct their hatred to the people who voted against the bill, whose pictures are posted, hoping that someone will actually commit violence against them.

Can we separate yet?

And, as much as I'd like to say Hah Hah, in my best Nelson Muntz voice, I can't help but thinking that this is like seeing some nasty, horrid, Australian bird eating spider walking about out in the open.

The only reason you see it at all, is because something much worse just ran it off.

Nothing but childish propaganda over there. Background checks bill doesn't pass so to them it some how means that there is no justice for those who have been killed by guns, blood is on their hands, right wing/teabagger/christian/bible thumper, collectivism, tears, blah blah blah.
