How is this NOT the message we send at the Convention?

I can't find the link to it at the moment, but I read an article about the 68' Democratic Convention in which McCarthy's delegates chanted "You killed the party!" on the floor and then proceeded to walk out and join the anti-war protests outside of the Hilton. The "chaos" at the convention was the nail in the coffin for Humphrey and the establishment Democrats.

I wouldn't mind the Romney and the Republicans encountering similar problems in Tampa.

On another forum someone was mocking people wearing the Fawkes masks and made a point I wonder about. The Guy Fawkes mask is actually property of Time Warner and is copyright. If there are for-profit sellers using the masks in logos and t-shirts, could they eventually be on the end of a lawsuit from Time Warner?

Then just wear the masks and let the RNC and television outlets be on the receiving end of lawsuits?

Too many people wear these Guy Fawkes masks not understanding Guy Fawkes at all... I think it is detrimental to our cause.

First, from a legal stand point I think the image is very distinct from the Guy Fawkes' mask. It is a piece of that mask over-layed on a surgeon's mask with the "R3VOLution" word on the mouth.

Second, I think that the Fawkes mask can be very beneficial for the movement. I agree that it can just be whole-sale taken an used--which is why we modified it and created something new. But the Fawkes mask has HUGE brand awareness. People understand that movie delivers a message of liberty against oppression. And that message is embodied in the Ron Paul movement. Connecting these two powerful brands just further raises awareness. All that needs to happen is for someone to go on Youtube and search Ron Paul and see what this is all about.

And you didn't see the shirt? It is grey right on the homepage.
