My Grandpa, when talking about blacks, used the word 'colored' until the day he died. He passed away 4 years ago. He was born in the north, and that was the term he was told to use to be polite when he was young. He was not at all racist, he spent hours and hours talking about how all men are God's children, and brothers and stuff like that. I was listening to Apostle Claver on Raging Elephants Radio yesterday, he is black. He pointed out that Bundy's use of words, was the only thing that the Liberals can attack him over. what if his collectivism was simply stating facts in response to questions or reality? Is saying blacks commit more violent crimes than whites collectivist? or stating fact?

The collectivist/individualist distinction only matters if you're judging a person, facts do not care whether you want to acknowledge them or not.
