Looked like he was just trying to move himself as low to the ground as possible. Probably hard to squeeze into that space while cuffed.

It was one of my favorite episodes in a while until the last minute. Hopefully none of them come out alive or the storytelling takes a big credibility hit. Otoh we already know walt lives, which I think was a poor choice to tell us.

The show seems so afraid to kill anyone. I wish they just did it red wedding style...dragging on way too long.

Well they all have bulletproof vests on, and it kinda did look like the other agent may have gotten hit in the vest at one point but I'd have to re-watch.

Walt and Jessie, I am guessing one will save the other's life in the shootout.

The scene where the skateboarders were skating in his pool, he looked like he was on the run, or had been hiding out for a while.

One of the writers/producers said in an interview that the end will come full circle to the beginning.

I predict Walt loses the dope money. His family will end up with the lottery ticket that shows where the money was buried, of course the money would be gone by then. Not sure if Walt lives or dies. Maybe ends up teaching chemistry to a bunch of prospective cooks.

AMC seems to have a hard time with shoot outs. Same problem with Walking Dead.

He was over the top because he knew the cops were listening in on the conversation. The whole point of him doing that was to make Skyler look innocent and with zero knowledge of Walt's meth dealings.

That's what I figure.

Totally dehumanize him with the Pinkman situation and the knife-out with his wife, then re-humanize him with the phone call.

But I do think the coldness towards Jesse seemed rather over-the-top.

Yeah but it was Jesse's doing that led the DEA to his money ending with Hank being killed. No doubt Walt blames Jesse for not simply taking the money and leaving. I suspect Walt is going to seek revenge on the Neo Nazis and probably end up freeing Jesse. The unfinished business was referring to him going at those who killed Hank, I think. Only two more episodes though so I don't know how far they can go.

I don't really even want to speculate. I did think about your neo-Nazi scenario, but letting him be dragged away for torture/killing in the very near future make that seem unlikely--I think maybe creepy Todd might have some hand in freeing Jesse, albeit slim. Then again, I do think you're right about Walt going after the neo-Nazis, so I'm probably wrong.

I also think he'll go after his money, to get it back for his family, so that puts him in proximity with the neo-Nazis as well.

Ultimately--I'm going to make one obvious guess that Jesse kills Walt, and one less obvious guess that Walt Jr. will.

I suppose Walt is in New Hampshire right now, but the preview made it look like he doesn't stay in "The Granite State" long. I'm going to guess that the flash forward at the beginning of the season was Walt's return just before his magnum opus. What he does to uncle Jack and the boys will be epic! I don't think there will be a reconciliation with Jesse; I'm betting that ship has sailed and Walt will kill him.

As to Walt's demise (I mean he has to die, right) I have no idea how they're going to do it. Amy has Jesse or Flynn; I'm going to go either cancer or self inflicted (either after the showdown or as a result of it.)

All I know for sure is that this is the greatest t.v. show ever made.

He definitely doesn't stay in NH long--remember the ricin preview? In a typical show, Jesse prevails because he's the "good" guy, but this isn't typical. Then again, the writers are often able to make the typical atypical.

My most longshot prediction is that Gus comes back as a cyber-bot programmed to kill Walt and baby Holly inadvertently kills Gus with her pacifier laced with ricin after Walt is mortally wounded.

Personal note, I didn't side with Skyler in the knife fight at all. Walt wasn't the aggressor nor did he appear dehumanized there. Though my judgment may be clouded because I've had a knife pulled on me before.

I think they were both total assholes there, her for pulling a knife with Walt Jr around, and him for the strangly/knifey-ending when he actually does deserve that and more. But it ain't right to do that in front of the kids.
