I watched pieces of it. I thought it was rather boring and elementary, and just plain wrong on a lot of issues. Also, the more I learn, the more I get tired of the endless deification of the founding fathers. The only one who I think stands out as exceptional in those times was Jefferson.
Anyway, this movie is trying to give a history of the State, which I think is inaccurate, and they compound the error by deifying the founding fathers and trying to paint the Republic we have in a religious light.
If you want real insight into the history of the State here in the US, and a more accurate glimpse of the "Founding Fathers" and their role, I encourage everyone to read "Our Enemy, The State", by Albert Jay Nock (free online).
