ok this is weird...
I was at the march on washington in July.
I met a woman at the corner who was holding a sign in the shape of a sheep that read "a nation of sheep will beget a government of wolves".
Does anyone know who she was or how I can get in touch with her?
I know this is a long shot but I had to try.
We struck up a conversation about cameras on every street corner and that it had to stop. If I hadn't driven over a thousand miles and in "on a mission" mode I would have stayed longer to talk with her.
Anyway, i'm probably crazy for posting this but... wish me luck??

Heh reminds me of a girl I met once, I got her first name and that her dad was a professor at the college she attended. I wussed out and didnt ask for her number, but the next day I just felt I had to find her

I looked up all the girls with her first name in the student directory and then found all the professors with last names that matched, and....started dialing.

We never got serious, but she was impressed enough that I was able to track her down that we went out a few times and had some good times.

Anyway, this thread just reminded me of my younger days lol

I met my first boyfriend at a movie theatre. He was seeing "Airplane" with a friend of his and I was with 2 friends of mine. The 5 of us chatted in line, and I mentioned the name of the subdivision I lived in. We split up after we bought tickets, but about a month later he showed up in my driveway. He remembered that I said I drove a blue AMC, so he drove around the subdivision looking for it.

We went out for a year or so!

too bad she's married... I'm finding it very hard to date knowing the things I do about the world. I can't date any more sheep and I guess that's when it hit me... yeah it is tough no doubt!! I'm new to the dating game and I think my awakening has a lot to do with things going wrong with my previous relationship. People can't handle it and I am finding that out as I meet more people. They don't want the truth. They just want their car and their job and their play money and free time... I can't date another sheep. I don't have the energy. But for the record yes I am available especially to educated women who know what's up and are not afraid to stick it out when things start getting tough. Hey, i guess I had to put it out there huh?? Well hey just one more time thanks for answering my post and not poking fun at me for it. I thought it was kinda silly myself but what the hell ya know??
