I've NEVER seen a 3rd party included poll publicized. Not once....though I could be proven wrong w/ a tube certainly.

I was speaking of GJ using the lawsuit to create publicity. If you can't get in by raising awareness via the traditional method, use a more tried and true method: drama.

I kind of doubt that a poll would allow you to make both choices. I am making an assumption here, but the percents do add up to 100% (now, after the OP has edited the post--I assume it was in error?)
