Feds warn Texas not to enforce state-level immigration bill

Although the text is talking about an actual invasion (capitalized "Invasion" in the COTUS text (see below) by troops of a foreign country, for example

For some oddball reason, SCOTUS decisions are treated as though handed down by God Almighty and I say screw that. Yeah, I know that causes problems but tough shit.

Hey, if insurrections do not require the use of weapons (a la January 6th) then neither do invasions.

...And SCOTUS has already more than proven that their primary purpose is to maintain the national status quo (or governmental powers) until the people truly in power (i.e., the shadow hiding elites) feel the stupefied masses are ready and capable of realizing the moral realities of societies past wrongs, be it slavery, abortions, taxes, eugenics, etc.

9/11 was inside job. I wouldn't put is past these demons to pull another massive terrorist attack and blame Republicans for not passing their more money for Ukraine "border security" legislation.

Its more of trying to inflict a defeat on Russia than Ukrainian borders.
Still that is a dangerous poly.

Russia shouldn't be messed with.

IMHO, this is all way beyond allowing any court to dictate what's next but that's me and Abbott probably knows he needs to go through a "correct" and legal process. The Rubicon has been crossed, afaic, and Texas needs to take control of all of their border. Whether the other states will have the stones to go down that road is questionable but any reasonable person with two brain cells to rub together knows this. To allow the feds any control of that border is like depending on someone who tried to kill you to save your life. To hell with that. BTW, are you a lawyer?

Your sig really interests me:

"When Sombart says: "Capitalism is born from the money-loan", I should like to add to this: Capitalism actually exists only in the money-loan;" - Theodor Fritsch

I would love to see a thread on this and the definition of capitalism. I tend to agree with your sig so really don't like the use of the term associated with liberty/freedom. I don't see any relationship.

I sent you a PM about "capitalism" and how I view it, and my posts here about that.

On-topic to this thread, there are developments...
-----------------------------------------------

The situation in the United States is rapidly escalating due to the migration crisis in the south of the country. Serious military and civilian forces are being sent to Texas, which defied Washington and took the defense of the border with Mexico into its own hands.

The governors of 25 states supported the Texas authorities, promising to provide the necessary assistance. 12 states sent their National Guard troops to help Texas in the fight against migrants and Washington. The first columns with reinforcements have already arrived.

The allies reportedly sent 72 M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, 48 M109 self-propelled howitzers, more than 400 Humvees and up to 30 Abrams tanks. All this equipment reinforced the large forces of Texas.

Forces of the Texas National Guard has already arrived in the town of El Paso, located on the border with Mexico. Meanwhile, videos of trains reportedly carrying M1A1 Abrams tanks, M2A2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles and specialized vehicles to the border are circulating online.

Hundreds of thousands of truckers and volunteers are joining the columns of the National Guard, while the #Texit is actively spreading on social networks.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott said that armored vehicles would be used to protect the border from illegal immigration. He also said that the Texas National Guard is ready for possible military intervention by the federal forces.

The federal government has not confirmed that it is planning a military intervention in Texas. However, U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security claimed that the U.S. government would take measures to protect the border

Amid the political escalation, reports have emerged about the alleged transfer of armored units of the US Army ground forces to Texas to participate in some scheduled exercises in the state. According to various reports, the US army is transferring reinforcement to the recalcitrant state under the cover of military exercises in order to prepare for military operations against local authorities. However, at the moment there is no confirmation of reports of the exercises, and it should not be excluded that they are a propaganda operation by the American media.

Anyway, the transfer of military equipment by the Texas authorities to the border with Mexico is already a very clear signal of the growing tension between the state and the federal government.

^^^THAT is an excellent point!

Yes, I should have used parenthesis because I meant (more money for Ukraine) "border security". IOW, the money for the proxy war against Russia is what Biden and his handlers actually want.

You're right that Russia shouldn't be messed with and they have been since the collapse of the USSR followed by the US/UK engineered coup in Ukraine. While I hate that brutal war, Russia is in the right and west started it - as usual.

We caught a migrant exchange live in real time. An unmarked van drove into the gates & dropped off a group of migrants to a waiting Border Patrol van. They will likely be taken to the Maverick Detention Center for processing, just north of Eagle Pass Texas.

If this is Eagle Pass then WTF? Is Texas just protecting that park or what?

This is the location:

Who are you trying to fool? That’s typical of the mass immigration crowd to take an old show from 7 years ago, under completely different circumstances, and try to use it as proof that Ron would be on your side. Sorry, many of us watch The Liberty Report all the time, and Ron Paul is decidedly against open, unlimited immigration.

...

Lindsey Graham: 'Hit Iran!'

At the 20:00 mark, they discuss Texas and the border crisis. They support Texas Gov. Abbott's position and stand.

Ron Paul said:

"Is this a true invasion, and I don't have any trouble accepting that. ... When does open borders become an invasion, and we've been there for a while."

I'm not sure the best way the constitution should be written, but this is WAY past the point where Texas can sit around and wait for a bunch of idiots to decide what's legal. Texas needs to put out the fire first and THEN everyone can decide a long term solution.

At the very minimum one possible solution would be to send the immigrants to every state based on population. It's hugely unfair to put the entire burden on a few border states. That would be like telling Texas they going to be responsible for raising all federal tax revenue. And I have a feeling the minute ALL the states get included the entire border is going to be razor wire central.

Good point.

^ That’s ^ the whole entire point of the coordinated effort, and Americans not insisting their representatives stop the freebies. The politicians/lobby/industrial complexes thank you very much for your full support.

I can see how easily domestic TSA will perfectly fit in to that.

It's curious that there doesn't seem to be any data on how many illegally cross the different states borders right now, specifically Texas vs. California. It used to be that California clearly had the most illegal immigrants, but recent data is very hard to find.

The politics of California is basically the same as that of the Biden Admin. California politicians would claim that California is one of the biggest net "donors" or taxpayers to the Federal government, thus California has moral superiority on the cost of anything at the Federal level. Of course the Democrat conquest of California via immigration has already occurred, and was simply the role model for Democrat control of the entire nation.

No leftist in California would complain about immigration, even if they have to leave the state because of massive immigration. It's woke brainwashing.
