The only way to end this media black out and get every-day americans to sit up and say, "hey, this guy actually has a shot.. and he sure isn't the status quo, so I'm gonna jump on that bandwagon and go out and vote for him".

Anything less than 3rd.. and the campaign is over.. this much I'm certain of. Dr. Paul, like any good doctor, has determined the cause of all the ails America... but he SIMPLY ISN'T CLOSING. TONIGHT HE NEEDS TO HAVE A SERIOUS MOMENT... AND CLOSE ON WHY HIS ENTIRE LIFE OF STRICTLY ADHERING TO THE CONSTITUTION HAS BEEN BUILDING UP TO THIS EXACT MOMENT.. and that he is, with out a doubt, the best candidate in either party to lead america into a more peaceful and prosper future.

Listen to McCain.. his entire vocabulary centers around "I'm the man for the job.. I'm ready to be president.. the people know I can turn this country around.. vote for me because I can win against the DEMs.. etc.

Dr. Paul needs to close tonight on Leno.. enough of this "i'm a nice guy, vote for the nice guy" crap. America is in serious trouble right now and demands serious leadership. Paul needs to tell, straight up to the independent, that a vote for Obama or McCain is a vote to continue the war and an aggressive foreign policy. PERIOD.

How about letting Dr. Paul run his campaign?

It's not like you're the only person who has ever heard of the concept of media coverage.

What are you talking about? We're probably going to finish ahead of Rudy Giuliani in both Iowa and NH and no one's talking about him dropping out. We're going to have more than enough money to compete with Rudy on 2/5, Romney will have dropped out after coming in below McCain in NH, and by the time 2/5 rolls around, the other fake conservatives like Huck and McCain will have already been trashed to death by the conservative base. It's the perfect storm.

i agree. if we dont show up in NH, we wont show up anywhere else....

STOP it with the FUD.

Either you are going to support RP or pick a manufactured "winner" like everyone else.

There won't be a front runner after Super Tuesday, either. This will go all the way to the convention in September in St. Paul.

disagree. there are other factors at play in NH, such as the voter's mindless support for McCain simply because they supported him 8 years ago, or their mindless support for Romney simply because he "has a home there".

Neither of those things are true for other states.

i dont understand how with 50 states he looses because he does not win 2 of them gosh my math must be off but looks to me like at least wait till 25 of the states go before saying he is done

Money doesn't matter anymore IMO... Main stream media coverage adds up to tens of millions of dollars each week. Like it or not, they make campaigns.. case in point. HUCKATARD.. the twit is polling FRIGGIN THIRD IN NH RIGHT NOW.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

we've done one hell of a job up to this point.. but the next level must be reached, and it must be reached in NH - the most libertarian/independent state in the UNION.

I agree that I would like to see Dr. Paul say that "a vote for Obama or McCain is a vote to continue to the war . . ."

However, I am in complete disagreement with the statement that "anything less than 3rd.. and the campaign is over.." The battles have only just begun and I, for one, am certainly not willing to raise the white flag after only two states . . .

I'm in this until the end. These first primaries/caucuses are only the first volley in this battle. We have a long road ahead of us, nothing will be given to us, we will have to seize it from the establishment in order to win.

Support has been consistently growing and there are 47 other states left, even after tomorrow. This is all that matters.

fair assessment.. and your first point is really want I wanted to get across in this thread. Paul needs to CALL OUT THESE TWO CANDIDATES BY NAME and say, "I am different, I will do what I say.. I will bring peace.. they will not"

Also, a comment like this would generate tremendous media attention - which would allow Paul to further spread his message of peace on the MSM and take on Obama head on which would allow people to begin picturing the two going head-to-head on the national level.

The secondary stuff about needing to do well in NH is more of a product of the first i think. Paul just isn't closing. He isn't saying, "I will win, you vote will not be wasted.. you vote will help me bring back peace and prosperity to America"

Nah i mean that's not how you look at this.

I want us to do well and get first but it's not over even if we get 4th.

We gotta keep fighting the good fight regardless.

I really hope Ron hammered the 100 year war comment on Leno. I swear, if Ron doesn't bring that up I'm going to lose any faith in the campaign staff.
