I love it actually. I think it softens his look and makes him appear more approachable.

The campaign must be getting interesting FG info, cause several things have changed besides the wardrobe. To great effect I might add.

Ever since he changed his wardrobe, I've been thinking "we HAVE arrived!". I wonder if Bachman's former campaign manager made the change.

I like when he wears a light sweater underneath his jacket. It looks elegant yet (as amonasro said) approachable. :)

I hope the campaign is reading this... hIs suits make him look quirky...but it's up to him.

Seems to be much better-fitting than those suits they stick him in that just sort of swallow him up.

Yes, I think he should continue with the sweater.

Santorum's "sweater vest" surge was fake, RP is the real deal, as long as he doesn't wear those loose necked dress shirts, he owns his wardrobe "LIKE A BOSS!"

It's the John McCain strategy :p. I did mention that and wondered if he was wearing it for good luck.

Keep it!

The Mrs's has been tasked to knit me a sweater vest in time for the general election when Ron Paul will take on the incumbent Barack Obama. /challenge accepted.
