Doug Wead: Ron Paul steals the show at Faith Coalition

Im so pumped right now. This election cycle is going to be like a euphoria drug for me. Polling 10% higher than this time last cycle, Multiple candidates talking like Ron Paul, Invited to all the debates and base meetings, endorsements popping up every week, Articles that don't use the words long shot. Someone pinch me.
 
I am discretely sending this video to all my very christian friends, with a simple message: "I thought you might appreciate this".

Absolutely!! Make a slim jim out of this! That would be huge to pass out to those folks in Iowa and South Carolina. If we can make in roads with the social conservatives, we can win this thing! Maybe that's why the establishment inserted Cain to divide Ron's fiscal conservative support. And he's a con man also just like the other social cons...

That video gives me hope that maybe the Church in America will wake up and embrace the true principles of liberty and the rule of law, which our Founders taught (not the GOP). It was a good "sermon" from our beloved congressman. :)

Agreed! This statism that has crept in to Christian theology is not the faith of our founders. As a church, we need to go back to the Protestant Reformation, back to Scriptures, and back to the only firm foundation for Liberty.

We need to believe again that there is no king but King Jesus.

Great article! Doug Wead is so awesome... almost like Dr. Paul, he delivers!

Not only does this give me a lot of hope, but this is an article we have to spread to all Christian communities.

I had to look it up because Dr. Paul mentioned something that I've been focusing on in my conversations with other people about liberty and the role of government, except I derived it from Jefferson.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,

That pretty much means that the authority of government is granted by the people. How can the people grant authority which they do not themselves possess? And to that end alone, to the securing of these rights, the government is given authority, and no more.
 
I'd like to see them hire Doug Wead for the campaign. I don't know what is stopping them or maybe he isn't interested.

Ron Paul has more Christian spirit and knowledgeable command of the bible than every politician in DC combined, Obamessiah included. He is so humble though you'd never know because such a conscious individual would never use the legacy of Jesus for personal gain.
 
I'm agnostic & yet it'd be great to see if Ron can takeover the Christian-block; he's probably the most "christian" (as opposed to"unchristian") politician out there.

Anyways, if he does start getting the support of the Christian wing then there'll be misinformation about him being a "Bible-thumper" & a fair number of people ALREADY think that. So here's little ammunition to destroy the "Ron Paul = Bible-thumper" arguments :
Show them this poll where a HUGE chunk of his followers are shown to be atheist/agnostic/non-religious, if he were a "Bible-thumper" then almost none of these would support him, they support him because he has voted Constitutionally for over 3 decades & stands for freedom for ALL, not just Christians. Of course, his defense of the ground-zero mosque at the ire of many Christians should be mentioned, he wouldn't've done that if he were a "Bible-thumper".
I believe these are decent arguments to convince people to realize that Ron is NOT a theocrat so let's get geared up in advance to deal with this possibly new wave of misinformation that might come up if he manages to secure a significant amount of the Christian-vote.

Note : There are more polls here about religion & other issues as well as race (for those who say he's racist & has no non-white following). My thanks to all those who created these polls; I find them extremely useful.

Then what the hell is the campaign doing? They should get in touch with Wead ASAP. He says Ron Paul is the living Thomas Jefferson so he wouldn't mind taking a paycut, would he?

Who says Wead HASN'T been contacted? Maybe that's what this article is about. MewsMax must have loved running it ;)
