As you all know, Ron Paul is in a race for more than his calling as President of the United States of America. He is also being challenged in the March 4th Texas primary for his seat in Congress. We must not let this seat fall to the Neo-Con(victs) regime. Help blast this caveman primary challenger back under his rock, where all plebes belong.

Yes, and in Ron's district, that is a bad thing. He is loved in his district. So here we have it... we buy up radio, TV, Newspaper spots...

Chris Peden is smearing Dr. Paul and rubbing his record through the mud. It's time for the gloves to come off. Here is the plan... we take a brief look at his website...

Chris Peden is NOT Ron Paul.
He doesn't vote like Ron Paul.
He isn't respected by Congress like Ron Paul.

Chris Peden is more of the same.
Chris Peden will increase the size of Government
Chris Peden is bad for America, Bad for the District, Bad for the Party.
Chris Peden supports taxing you to fund missions to Mars.
Chris Peden supports the war.
Chris Peden is a CPA... you think he wants to eliminate taxes... what if doing so would eliminate his job?

Now what do we do this this information??? We mount attack ad after attack ad against this joker in the local papers... on his website it says that he will endorse the Republican Nominee for President... even if that Nominee is Ron Paul? Turn this around on him... run an ad that says he's just another rank and file republican. Ron Paul brings unique solutions to a unique and diverse district...

then run another ad that says "Low Taxes" - Picture of Peden... "NO TAXES" - Picture of Ron Paul... the choice is yours... with 2 boxes... one below each name... Ron Paul is checked off...

How about we stay out of the way and let Dr. Paul and his people handle this? Make a contribution, great ... But don't mess things up by jumping in where you're not invited and you don't understand what you're doing.

What is even more disgusting is the Paul-haters on a certain neocon forum are trying to help get Peden elected.. Why? SOLEY because they hate Paul. On that site, sometimes you'll see the haters post things like "donate to chris peden's campaign" and stuff like that.

As I live in New York, and not Texas' 14th district, I don't feel it is my place to do anything more than donate to Paul's congressional campaign whatever money I can afford to give. I know I'd be pretty pissed if some Texans started telling me who to elect in my district.
 
Ron's won this congressional race 10 times already, 3 times as a challenger. He can do it 10 more if he wants.

Just donate and let him and his campaign do it again. If they ask for help, of course we should do everything possible. But he knows his district better than anyone else, and has worked hard for them for 20 years - he can prove that again, and he will.

His campaign staff is the crew that's gotten him re-elected in landslides in the past, and they know the district better than we do.

Just donate and let them do it the way that works. Stay out of the way.

nobody will know where the person who put the ads out is coming from, it will list the group that did it... "Students for Congressional HOUSE Cleaning"

this is actually a group of students and teachers from various parts of the country, a few of which are actually from the 14th. I appreciate the concern. This isn't really even my project, but frankly, Ron Paul has a shitload of people stacked against him that he didn't have last time, and a TON of people are donating to Peden from numerous sites... and other people than Peden are running anti-Paul attack ads...

we won't sit by and let this happen. Next it's McCain and Huckabee.
 
I would recommend not doing anything dirty to Chris Peden's campaign. Just donate and support Ron's Campaign. If we create an image that we are doing bad things to Peden, there could be BLOWBACK

We aren't... others are. It's not like the list of donors is public. Only the name of the person or persons(in this case a student PAC) will be doing the kneecapping... look at the ads they are running... RP won't fight that crap, he'll just stay on message.

Staying on message only goes so far. I've thrown a stick into the Bicycle spokes of a few people who were running for re-election before... remember CFR shill Curt Weldon of Pennsylvania... notice he's no longer in congress and was replaced by Vice Admiral Joe Sestak?

I wasn't a part of his campaign and didn't even vote for him, but I DID fire off a few attack ads straight at his dome piece... no more Weldon.
 
They're not helping. They're just confusing the message environment. This "help" is the last thing Dr. Paul needs.

Maxed to both campaigns... what would you recommend one do past that?

Putting someone's face in the newspaper and quoting them, and putting them next to someone else and showing their record of consistently defending their liberty, while the other guy is launching attacks is NOT a negative...
 
That's the most offensive slander/hate/negative ad I've seen in a long time. If I meet this Chris Peden guy I'm gonna punch him in the face. You can't talk like that about other people and NOT expect a broken nose... not where I come from!

Please just let Ron Paul alone and let him win his seat back. But do contribute to his congressional campaign.

Donate today. The primary is on March 4. He cannot use one dime of his Presidential money to win back the house seat unless he drops out of the race completely.

If you don't want him to be forced to quit to get the money, give it to him!

Raise this 200k first and then go back to contributing to the Presidential campaign. This primary is a one shot deal and these ads are working against him. He has already been smeared by the MSM in his other race, that will hurt him in his local district.

Just send him money. I sent in one hundred yesterday. Is anyone willing to match me?
