Did you guys watch Revolution last night?

I'm trying to watch ep2 on Hulu, about 6min in and I don't think I'll be watching it. I hate the female lead with a ferocious passion normally reserved for neocons and communists. Any worse than this and she will have to die off just to make the show tolerable for background noise.

20 minutes in to ep2 and I think you'd have to threaten my life to make me watch the rest of the series. So there is my verdict. :(

Lost was highly addicting. I only watched the pilot to see the plane crash (destruction…woohoo…I guess). I figured I'd watch the first 30 minutes, but it would be a scripted version of Survivor. I was seriously about to change the channel until the smoke monster made all the commotion in the jungle, then I was hooked. I didn't think the ending was that bad.

Oh, and whats wrong with girls that look older than their age? I know lots of girls that look quite a few years older OR younger than they actually are.

Watch the rest of the epi. I thought the same in the beginning. There are still some cringe worthy parts, but I thought episode 2 was better.

The fight scene in episode 1 has to be the worst one I've ever seen on a TV show.

Huge LOST fan here!

I watched and enjoyed the first episode of Revolution. The militias reminded me of Fallout 3 - so I liked that. I haven't seen the 2nd episode yet, I was planning to wait a couple of weeks then watch them in a row marathon-style (that's just how I roll). It looks like it will take a healthy dose of suspension-of-disbelief, but I'm up for it.

I've found "Once Upon A Time" entertaining. It's got some throwbacks to LOST because one of the LOST producers (Adam Horowitz) is involved in the show. It does the whole flip between present time and past time thing in a very smart way. If you liked lost, I'd recommend giving it a shot. It's no LOST, but it's not bad.

I finally watched Last Resort. The pilot was SO much better than Revolution.

I may end up buying Last Resort, I am getting a vague impression here that it's actually good. I don't even know where to find a trailer really. Most I have seen is 'how to make music with an old submarine' lol

not even going to bother watching any of it, just like I never watch any episode of Lost.

Yet another pastiche of various unoriginal sci-fi elements haphazardly thrown together from the creative wasteland known as JJ Abrams?

I think I'll pass.

you can find pretty much anything at watchseries.eu, use the "gorillavid" player which loads super quickly and only had a 15 second ad at the begining.

Do you download gorillavid and then download the episode to play it on my pc?

Did anyone catch the inside reference to a soap opera on last night's episode (3)? Don't remember the Soap, but they mentioned one by name, when some guy was tied up and telling the secret history of the other guy.

I don't expect much from an NBC corporate show. No doubt it will have typical propaganda, written by soap writers.

Watching both. Last Resort is much better, but I'm afraid the crew will turn on the captain over his new country. They didn't look to pleased about the possibility that the island might be home now. I also dug how they took over the NATO facility.

Revolution is OK. I have to suspend my disbelief too much. Like someone said, it's been 15 years, when IMO, it looks more like a year or so after the incident. But I'm going to keep watching it for now. I do like how the new govt is portrayed as evil, and has banned guns, and showed it evil ways by killing the dude who used a shotgun to hunt. From his cold, dead hands! He was pretty stupid though too, hanging that deer riddled with buckshot in the front yard. He would have known better.
