Did the SC audience really boo Ron Paul on this?

I think this pretty much leaves no doubt that there was a large organized effort in the audience to create negative sentiment towards Ron Paul regardless of what he was saying:

Did Ron Paul seriously get booed when promoting a concept that every child is taught as a core value? It is mind boggling how people could disagree and argue against the idea of treating others how you would like to be treated.

Those are "good" Christians booing the Christian value of doing unto others. What a bunch of hypocrites.

Audience booed the golden rule. It was disgusting and painful to watch. Hopefully we can spin this into a positive (with the help of someone like Jon Stewart).

@AriFleischer Ari Fleischer
I knew Paul was for the gold standard, but I didn't realize it extended 2foreign policy. A golden rule in FP? U mustb kidding

Disgusting.

@PaulBegala Paul Begala
Now the crowd boos the Golden Rule. (At least when Rep.Paul applies it to for pol.) #scdebate

Hilarious.

I recall back in 2008 during one of the debates, which I believe was Fox, Ron Paul supporters that were actually in the debate audience claimed that the "booing" at Ron Paul questions wasn't nearly as prevalent as it came across in the recordings. It was suggested that microphones might have been placed to achieve that effect.

Still waiting for a Tube of this, but I have a hard time imagining people, especially religious people, booing the golden rule in en masse...

No, with this crowd, I absolutely believe he was being booed for it. Such a sick country that longs for war. Seriously. I bet you half these people are obese and couldn't come close to meeting any type of military requirements for physical condition.

Well this country thoroughly deserves the collapse that is coming with those kinds of attitudes.

It's pretty clear, the only thing stopping us from winning is foreign policy clarification. We need todo better.

I have pretty much given up on winning the revolution through a media crafted election. The revolution will be one based on ideas and people messaging those ideas to others. It will not be done in 2 hour increments with commercial breaks in between. As long as we are getting friends, family, coworkers, etc on board, I think we are doing pretty good. Remember, our country has been on a continual exponential downhill slide since 1913. It will not change overnight and it will be an uphill battle.

Jon Stewart and Colbert will have a field day with this. Any rational human would side with Ron on this.

And then you have Bret's qn about Turkey and their women or something. WHY THE FUCK ARE THESE COUNTRIES ANY OF OUR CONCERN? WHY DOES THIS NEED TO BE AN ISSUE? Ok, so if Turkey didnt like how we treat our women, do they then have to come here and 'do something about it'?

I am so fucking irate about how this country has to have its nose up every other country's ass, about every political and social issue. No wonder why its falling apart. We worry about everyone else except our own.

To be fair, right before that Paul was rambling a quite bit. he wasn't wrong, but he was thinking faster than he could speak.

Yeah, thing is in same show he`ll probably bash him for wanting to low taxes to 0. That`s total insanity in their socialist book.

Too bad Ron didn`t explain the 0% a bit. He`s actually for lowering taxes to a flat tax of 15%, I believe, but would like to get them to 0% in time.
Many people got the wrong idea after tonight`s debate. Could play to his advantage but also have some blowback.

Yea, i gotta say, seeing that fat fuck pump his fists in the audience after Newt mentioned Andrew Jackson (which was a completely different scenario and NOTHING like us bossing every f'ing country around) was really sickening to see. Its like Alex Jones always says, the system just pushes all this crap on people with their eugenics, zombie machine for years and get them to be on the same page as their little minions. It's just so damn pathetic.

And they asked the question to someone that probably can't find Turkey on a map. He ended up talking about Turkey like they were Syria and Iran. Moron.

He said "maybe we ought to have a golden rule for foreign policy" pretty clearly. And their boos were pretty clear after that.

He thinks faster than he talks a lot (I have the same problem) but that wasn't the problem this time.

The problem was the crowd was stacked with idiots.

A person is smart, but people are not.

In groups people tend to be rude, loud, obnoxious, make knee-jerk decisions, etc as to demonstrate to each other their own prowess. Take a person from that same group and they will be mostly logical, accessible, calm, and think things through.
