Did Fox secure it's poll from re-dialers?

Did Fox secure it's poll from re-dialers? They have had plenty of time to secure there own poll, and you would think they would not do another text message poll without fixing the "security" issue with the last one.

I cant wait to hear them try to discredit thier own poll again

I'm sure that Ron Paul's 100 supporters have devised a new hack that will enable them not only to vote multiple times, but will actually subtract votes from the other candidates.
