Despite the latest polls i think reps will do well in November

Here, I’ll fix it for you so you don’t sound like a neocon:

1. Elimination of thousands of laws which make innocents criminals.

2. Stop funding the MIC to hold and process immigrants and stop all incentives.

3. 87,000 new Eliminate the IRS.

Other than that, I dig the idea

"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to PAF again."

Well, I think that's part of it. But they could reframe that issue if they wanted to. A majority of people think those decisions should not be made at the federal level and that different states should be allowed to set their own limitations based on local preferences. So, even on that issue, the question is why do we not see a reframing of issues?? Why are we ignoring the lockdown massacres?? The Covid regime??! The social issues where the D's are out of step with the majority of the population??

I think the reason is party control. Like always. We saw it after the "Contract with America". After the "Tea Party". After the Ron Paul movement. The RNC is happy to use that fervor for leverage, but it doesn't want those people to threaten their control. They would like nothing more than to watch these Trump-endorsed candidates fall on their faces. "see what happens when you primary us, folks?!! You NEED us!!" And if the Dem candidates win, no biggie. Their policies will drive future fundraising.

I think Tucker is close to putting his finger on it. But he'll go the way of Glenn Beck - either after this election cycle or the next.

It seems like many people have forgotten that the Covid lockdowns even happened. The GOP could get a lot more younger voters if they started attacking the Democrats on this.

Doesn't help that the lockdowns were started under their orange hero. We all know the democrats should have carried the baggage on that one, but their resident idiot let them off the hook.

I would love to see the IRS eliminated but hell will freeze over first.

But not items 1. and 2. ?

Boy, wouldn't it be great if all "republicans" chanted at the same time "Eliminate the IRS!!!" as much as they fall head over heals over Trump?

Not going to take the Senate because of Trumpkins blindly following and voting for idiots like Walker and Oz who have no chance in the general.

That would be great but Mitch has already conceded defeat, lol

I hope the 2 democrats keep fighting each other.

Was there anyone in those primaries that you think *does* have a chance?

Personally I voted for Kelvin King over Herschel but my guy got 3.2% of the primary vote. He put in a lot more effort than the other candidates and stopped at every county in the state of Georgia.

Generic old white republican agriculture commissioner Gary Black came in second and only got 13%.

People love their football heroes. I don't know if that's gonna hold up in a debate though.

Yes, we should be voting for McConnell's neocons, that's the path to liberty.:sarcasm:

No, you’re right, Swordy. The likes of Oz are so much better.

:tears: :tears:

:nauseated:
Oz is terrible.
But he's not McConnell's or Schumer's stooge so since we can't go back and have Barnette instead he is our best available weapon against the Neocons.

Nice cherry picked polls. Democrats have clearly been closing the gap in the generic Congressional ballot. The only thing that is even keeping their numbers as high as they are, are 2 R-affiliated pollsters (Rasmussen/Trafalgar): https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/2022-generic-congressional-vote-7361.html

Regardless though, Dems have to win by a significant popular vote margin with the way the districting works, so simply being roughly tied still means the Republicans will take back control. I bet that they will but with the way the media is spinning things lately, it's far from a sure thing.

Washington is solid blue and some internal cooked poll isn't going to change the reality.

Now Oregon Governor. That one is interesting. Republicans have been known to win races like this and I don't see anything that makes it look like it's clearly going to go blue. This is definitely one to watch out for.

LOL

Yes, we all know how accurate and impartial the MSM narrative and polls are.
It couldn't possibly be true that if they are pushing something then those sources telling us the opposite are most likely the real truth.

And people wonder why I no longer vote. One side is just as baked as the other. It really is time to grow up, think and act like adults.

What? You don't consider it adult thinking to assume that the lies of the major party you don't like are proof that the one you do like always tells the truth?

It couldn't possibly be true that if they are pushing something then those sources telling us the opposite are most likely the real truth.

Democracy doesn't run on logic. It runs on...

You want perfection or nothing.
You will never get perfection so you always get nothing.

Some of us know how to make incremental progress towards out goals.

Yes, of course, you're right again.

You know, when I cut a piece of lumber, I don't measure twice - once is enough. When I tune the motor before racing it, I don't worry about a couple of timing degrees. In fact, I stopped worrying about a lot of things, knowing everything will work out, and I'll eventually get there. Same goes for politics; I figure a number a bad red marks on the record sheet won't make much of difference, as long as he/she says the right words at the podium. I mean, he||, look at where this country is after 250 years - it's been working out terrifically. :sarcasm:

No, Swordy, I'll continue to strive for perfection, because perfection is what makes me and others stand out from the rest of the idiots. I'm not interested in half-assed methods, the time wasted, or the money it costs to do things the second, third and fourth times.

BTW, I have a great deal on a used pair of tennis shoes. Granted there's grease all over them, the strings are missing, and the soles flop around, but if I promise you a little bit of freedom they're your size, does $49.99 sound fair? I mean, a new pair would run ya 69 bucks. I figure that would be better than throwing them into to trash with the rest of the Shills.
