Delegates-to-date graphic on CNN. Where did 18-8-7 come from?

Anyone knows why CNN lists as delegates today:

Romney 18
Santorum 8
Paul 7

Anyone knows where did 18 came from?

CNN website lists what we expect 7 7 7

Given that IOWA awards 28 delegates, the numbers that CNN flashes on the screen today does not add up

In each state and territory the state's party chairman plus two of its national committee persons are automatically delegates. Technically they are uncommitted but they can endorse a candidate if they wish and CNN must had added those who have already announced for a candidate.

wiki says 132 superdelegates this round. Or as wikipedia says 1 superdelegate vote per 10,000 democratic votes.

We will track all of the 2012 Republican Superdelegates (officially known as Automatic Delegates) and list who they currently are endorsing for the nomination. We will also track any changes in endorsements as they occur. We will only post endorsements that can be proven by a link. Word of mouth does not work for us. Each state, and American Samoa, the District of Columbia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands all have three superdelegates, except as follows:
Superdelegates from the following states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KS, MI, MO, NH, NJ, NV, SC, VT. are bound by their state's results, and therefore are not included in the list. Their names can be found in a separate table after the break.This leaves a total of 132 GOP superdelegates,
