I worked 90 hours a week, every single week from August to the end of the campaign. I sent out I don't know how many emails to people pushing money bombs - somewhere in the neighborhood of 30,000 contacted directly. I contacted hundreds of people on websites and got them to post things about Ron Paul. I contacted Mercola, and Jim Rodgers, and Lew Rockwell with items for his blog, I contacted groups that I knew Ron had some sort of bill that would make them happy, like small business owners, and health food stores, and whoever else I could think of. I made thousands of phone calls to people in my district. I became a Republican. Then I was a precinct leader. I helped Meetup groups. I made Ron Paul signs. I posted signs all over town. I donated more money than I could afford. I donated money to the spam campaign. I donated on just about every hair brained scheme we all came up with then. I sent links to major websites so they would report about Ron Paul. I called news stations to thank them when they did run stories on him. I called to demand retractions when they posted falsehoods. I went on site after site to explain Ron's views to people. I had a huge success rate too...nearly everyone I spoke to who was a registered republican in my district agreed to vote for Ron. I organized money bombs and other things with other precinct leaders and other meetup groups.
Frankly, that is just a fraction of what I did. I can't remember the half of it. I worked night and day for Ron. It didn't stop. Whatever needed doing I did.
