I think the only conclusion we can take is that CNN with their emphasis on violence and bombing a parliament and not showing the news on their site is clearly against Ron Paul.

Same goes for FOX News who haven't mention a thing about all this.

What can we do against the manipulative ways of FOX and CNN?

Well Wolf Blitzer broke the story last night, and replayed it. So, I would say CNN isn't so bad.

I'm wondering where the viewing public is going to turn now that the writer's guild has gone on strike. TV will be filled with reruns.

I'm with you that the media are the enemy. They are to the point that they are against freedom and We the People.

It all depends on the host at the time and how much latitude they are given to bring in topics they want to discuss. Or so it seems.

Yep.

What to do?

I thought about coordinating a sponsor boycott, but that was shot down quickly...

we still should do that. people here need to understand we are in a war.

P.S. We should declare the war.

We can't rely on the MSM to get the RP message out. They are owned and controlled by the same people who are behind the so-called "front running" candidates.

We have to do it ourselves...

This is a WAR you know....there is no "playing fair in War".

Everything Paul stands for is an absolute threat to the ELITES that really run things in D.C. and those people are NOT just gonna "roll over" and give the guy bringing it to them PRESS from their own Corporate Controlled Entertainment "news" OUTLETS.

In a WAR like our prior revolutionary forefathers one must "think outside the box" and do UNCONVENTIAL things to SECURE that they were FREEMEN rather than "TO LIVE AS SLAVES".

This "FREEDOM" movement is FINALLY taken like a flame to DRY TINDER.....WE will have to PHYSICALLY overthrow the DEMAGOGUES as in any other WAR.

To those of you about to ROCK I salute you

.

You just reached the the conclusion that the Major Media is...the...enemy?

Some of us will stand over here while you catch up...

;)

And waht about MSNBC? Why won't Olbermann and Matthews give our guy the time of day?

These two programs lost a long time viewer a couple months ago, because of their poor coverage of Ron Paul. CNN isn't perfect, but because of the favorable coverage of Ron Paul by Jack Cafferty, I watch CNN for now. Are you reading this MSNBC?

Jack Cafferty is the man... i hope he stands up and says more.

My wife was recently in the hospital for a month. I drove back and forth the same route every day. My car is lettered with RP on all windows. When the nurse came to our home, she saw the car in the driveway and said, "Hey, I see that car on Colony Drive every day!".

1. Sign your vehicle.
2. Write letters to the Editor of your local rags.
3. Call your local talkAM radio stations regularly.
4. Attend your city's regular council meetings and get your 3 minutes (most are televised on cable)
5. Attend sign waves with your Meetup group.
6. Organize (or just do it yourself) a door-to-door literature placement campaign.
7. Place signage and lit at small business locations.

The list is endless, but the point is: We don't need TV news blurbs. As everyone has seen, the segments are so short and the media is expert at spinning everything.

I personally prefer that all these wanks who keep getting mentioned on this forum never do a story on Ron Paul. I never heard of any of them until recently because I don't have TV, and if I did, I certainly wouldn't watch 'news' on it.

If I only had the news (and that means all of them, local and national) to go by, I would think RP is a doddering dark horse long shot of an old man who clings to ancient, outdated ideas with no chance to win.

That is the image that all of these wanks project, and it is effective. Stop looking to them for publicity. It's not gonna happen.

Make your own news, locally. 15 years ago, Paul McCartney taught me, "Think globally, act locally". We have enough people to win the primaries, we just have to make sure that they V-O-T-E.

Sorry for the rant...just tired as he!! of seeing false hope placed in these media hacks and the links to their sites that only enrich them and will do nothing for our cause.

Hello?! Wake up! It's not the mass media, it's the people who *control* the mass media!
