Concealed Carry in IL? IL Sheriff's Association Supports HB245

The Illinois Sheriff's Association issued a press release affirming their support of HB245, a state bill that would allow citizens to carry concealed handguns after passing a background check and training course.

A step in the right direction.

I would be absolutely thrilled if this happened, although knowing my state like I do I probably would be prevented from carrying in Communist County which is where I happen to live.

Still no conceal carry in Illinois or Wisconsin.
