I don't have a problem with people speaking their mind to media personalities. In fact, I think it should happen a lot more often!

Yes, I understand that if you strangle the grammar textbook you can make her mean 'you're talking to people just as I am talking to people', but in doing so you're picking the harder reading, not the easy one. Furthermore, the entire sentence is pure propaganda that in and of itself is beyond the pale.

If you believe that to be the appropriate response for you to make to Ms. Bash, then I wholeheartedly support you making that response to her.

For the record, I didn't see any "harsh words" from those who called her out for her blatantly biased reporting.

I believe that those who chose to call Ms. Bash out have likely each been visibly exasperated with her for her exceedingly biased reporting - when they were watching said biased reporting in the 'privacy' of their own homes. Interesting that you show zero concern for their levels of exasperation, but are quick to rush in to support Ms. Bash.

Honestly, I see this as a Freudian slip. Rather than focusing on stupid media stuff like this, how about people point out the more unmistakable cases of media bias? Perhaps someone should take that "objective journalist" line and point out more obvious cases where Bash has clearly demonstrated the opposite.
