Check out reaction at Rand headquarters when Rand makes debate

I would like someone to rationally explain to me what chanting accomplishes. As it stands, I believe that it has a net negative effect, and . . .
. . . makes me embarrassed for people.

Those people are working tirelessly for Rand at the campaign headquarters, most of them probably don't even get to sleep in the comfort of their own bed, instead staying in some hotel/motel and eating fast food every meal just to volunteer to help Rand win.

If for a few times a week, they get to cheer for some good news about the candidate they are giving up their lives to support, let them fucking have it.

Don't share this video. It makes Rand look like he's begging for scraps from the media while Trump is giving them the middle finger.

Hate to be a wet blanket, but success in politics is 100% about what opinions other people form about the candidate and his supporters. I understand the excitement, but that behavior torpedoed us in 2008, caused 2012 to be such an uphill battle, and perpetuates the perception that the liberty wing of the party is not to be taken seriously.

And I personally just don't understand the appeal of chanting.

Wtf is wrong with you

Last debate Rand said F U to the media and did his own thing rather than go to the children's table debate.

Now we're celebrating him barely making it to the debate? All while Trump who is way ahead in the polls is saying F U to the media by not going to the debate and instead is doing his own thing.

This is what's being tweeted:

And you want Rand's people to be seen cheering for what the front-runner doesn't even want? After bitching about the media for weeks for making him miss the last one.

Gonna have to side w/ my man E from LA on this one.

Chanting is awesome and it builds energy. Most civil disobedience protests are accompanied by chants. Shut up and fall in line, that's what the other side does. People who don't like it are most likely lifetime followers.

Trump supporters do it at every Rally

Rand protested because he didn't want to be relegated to a 2nd tier debate and harming his campaign before any votes have been cast.

Trump is protesting because Fox News isn't kissing his ass and he's afraid of Megyn Kelly.

They fully deserve to cheer. They do. But broadcasting it across the internet isn't politically smart no matter how you cut it.

Lol. If the debate crowd starts chanting "President Cruz!" on Thursday, the media and every FOX News watcher will be a huge fan of chanting.

I'm tired of this movement blaming itself instead of just being itself.

It's a pretty big deal to come from not even being in the 2nd-tier event 2 weeks ago (due to Rand telling the network to fuck off) to being back in prime time, in Iowa, a few days before the Iowa caucus.

What are they cheering? If you don't consider the difference you are trolling or shallow minded.

A) Corrupt republican news network that dis invited both Paul's from the prime time debate invites their preferred candidate to the main debate stage right before the caucus.

B Rand Paul qualifying for the debate
