Yup, this has been verified by the k/ommandos over at k/. Walmart and Dicks are pulling their gun items as well. This is officially serious and requires a concerted effort on gun owners for preperation of 2014.

NRA gets the vast majority of its funding from individuals, not Cheaper than Dirt. The idea that NRA is an "industry lobby" is false. Not that I particularly like NRA. But GOA is even more an individual-supported org.

Anecdotal but still covers walmart, dicks, CTD. A few different threads were merged together. Looking for more info on whether this is occurring in mass or just isolated.
