Ya that's the real irony here, white people call the cops and tattle to authorities on people for stupid shit all the time, no matter what their skin color. Now all of a sudden when it happens to a black person, instead of the cop caller having a stick up their butt they are called racist and put on rotation in the MSM.

The other curious thing is that in this situation and in the Starbucks situation, the black people decided to stand their ground after the cops were called and chose to have a confrontation with police even though they were technically in the wrong. The Starbucks dudes should have waited outside the coffee shop for their friend when they were told that the police were going to be called.

I would have gotten the fuck outta there.. Why am I more afraid of the police than most black people??

I mean, at least with the BBQ situation they probably thought they were in the right, and it's annoying to have to move your own party.. but like I said before the cops should have just asked them to move to a designated BBQ area that wasn't so close to the road. I guess it could be hazardous for cars for BBQs to be so close to the road on that narrow strip. Now instead it's all over the news and the lady is a racist, even though they were breaking the law and she called the police, why are people acting surprised?

[edit] I'll add that the environmental aspect is not the only reason these rules are created. Overcrowding becomes a problem. Neighbors will call for rules to prevent the crowds.

Before such rules, parks would get so full, people would actually setup BBQs and tables on 4 foot wide grass medians.

And today, there were people BBQing on 3 foot wide grass strips between the sidewalk and the street.

Am I the only one who thinks this whole incident feels kinda fake? So a woman calls the cops on some black people, and it just so happens that someone is there to film the whole thing? And she doesn't mind being filmed?

What's interesting is that apparently there's a bunch of these types of incidents recently, all of which have gone viral. Gee, it sure seems like someone is trying to fan the flames of racial division and/or keep us distracted from other things going on in the world.

This can happen naturally but the sustained frequency of such news is bit puzzling.
