A group of anti-Trump protesters laying in the middle of a San Francisco street for a “die-in” Wednesday got a rude awakening when a man on a red motorcycle drove through the demonstration.

A video of the incident showed the motorcyclist revving his engine and slowly driving through the demonstrators, causing mass panic.

Police asked the biker to stop before he could drive through the wall of people a second time. When the driver did not heed the officers’ calls to stop, one of the officers pulled out a gun and then arrested him, CBS San Francisco reported.

Police say the charges are not determined yet and have not released the biker’s identity.

“He was definitely targeting us,” protest organizer Emily Lee said. “It was unclear if it was for political reasons or if he was just mentally unstable or what, but it was terrifying.”

Nobody was injured in the incident, police say.

The “die-in” in San Francisco was just one of a series of protests put on by anti-Trump protesters who oppose the Republican health care legislation known as the American Health Care Act that is moving through the Senate.

On Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., protesters also conducted a “die-in” outside Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s office Thursday. Many protesters were dragged out of the building for blocking the hallway to the office.

In before a cruiser. Although it did sound like an after-market exhaust. So there is something in common.

I think the lady with the microphone invalidated the die-in when she asked if everyone was OK. But God help us. A motorcycle going approximately 8 MPH is a fearsome thing.

Actions you like -> Free speech, free action, exercise of freedom

Actions you don't like - > hooliganism, breaking decency, breaking laws, etc.

Laws you dislike -> Violates some principle, not sanctioned by the Constitution, etc.

Laws you like -> Sane interpretation of Constitution, upholding property rights/preventing fraud.

Did you know every single one is different?

Are those "End the Fed" protesters blocking commerce and other individuals travel just because the state gave them a permit to do so? If so, get the hell out of the road.

I think some of it spilled onto the roads but I am not really sure. But the point about blocking commercial road is not really the issue. There is a bar behind my place who is having a beer festival right now as we speak. They get permission from the state several times in the year to block part of he public road, blocking commerce, personal and joy riders from navigating through that particular road. Now, is it OK for me to ride my vehicle slowing through the event because I can't be arsed to use the detour road provided?

Before you answer, this is a test to see if you are operating using any guiding principles or maybe you are just a partisan hack when it comes to use of public roads.

This "double standards" thing is a weakness of our wing. If you're fighting, fight! That's it! Don't wring hands and be a git. In war you shoot the enemy, and -- double standard! -- not at me. It's a pretty simple rule: plow down your foes, with friends be cool.

I think having double standards is something that affects ones credibility and I still want to hold onto some of that. Like Ron Paul argued during the debate, I would operate using the golden rule and treat them they way I'd want to be treating if I had a permit to protest and was protesting something that was dear to my hear. Yea, in war you shoot at the enemy but this feels more like the raping women and children part than shooting at any enemy.

Btw, do you even support the Trump healthcare bill that they were protesting?

Asshole cops busy asshole-copping, as usual.

Asshole snowflake, busy asshole-snowflaking, as usual. Note the horse-shit assertion of targeting. Even if he were clearly NOT targeting (most likely true) the delicates, those dishonest little pussies would still say he was in order to see the "state" come down on him as hard as possible.

So once again I ask for the umpteenth time: where does anyone think all of this sort of thing is ultimately heading? Hint: to a choice we will make, whether by concert of effort of will, or by default.

Nobody was injured in the incident, police say.

And yet, asshole cops just had to asshole-cop, as usual, and arrest someone who'd committed no crime.

The “die-in” in San Francisco… …Washington, D.C., protesters also conducted a “die-in”

If only they would do the world the decency of actually dying. That our "systems" actually support this brand of indescribable stupidity is a stain upon us all. And yet, we continue to tolerate "the state". Disgusting beyond disgust.

Victim hood, it's the new status symbol.

Rules for radicals states the opposite. This is a war for the lives of our children. I would lie, cheat and even steal to win it.

It seems the MC rider's mistake was coming back for a second ride through. He should have been happy with his first appearance.

To me it looked like a harmless prank-- no one got hurt, but coming back and getting arrested was just dumb on his part.
