Books on general economics?

I know the extreme basics but definitely not enough. I want to read a general overview about how much we're getting screwed and how things work. And bonus points if it talks about small business and taxes.

Is there a book or documentary like that?

Henry Hazlitt's "Economics in One Lesson" is a great read

"Economics in One Lesson" by Hazlitt
"The Concise Guide to Economics" by Jim Cox
"Lessons for the Young Economist" by Bob Murphy
"What Has Government Done to our Money?" by Rothbard
"How an Economy Grows and Why it Crashes" by Peter Schiff

Every one but the last one is free online if you google it.

These are some nice books that are taught everywhere and i would like to hear more about you. And what about getting these books online. Can i have some view of these books on net.
