Blimp Update with Photos and Videos **MUST SEE**

BeFranklin,

No visible cinching, and heavy gel-like adhesives would discolor the material.

I'm thinking spray on adhesive that must be screeted for smoothness. Maybe heat activated. Similar to wall-papering.

Just curious.

In coming days I plan to post educational information on my blimp blog about the different aspects of preparation and flight.

The letter "n" is all screwed up!

The letter "n" needs to be fixed! It's going to look stupid if there is a letter screwed up.

The "n" needs to be fixed.

Please tell them they need to fix the letter "n" on the blimp! It is an obvious eyesore.

Is the "n" going to be fixed?

There is a hole in the letter "n" on the blimp banner. Is there anyway for this to be fixed?

I really think something should be done.

The N must be completed.

It looks stupid to have part of the "n" missing. They need to put something over that spot to complete the "n."

Seriously, the hole needs to be repaired.

It's very visible and is a large hole. They need to do something to cover it up so the "n" can be completed.

No, the "n" need to be repaired. I don't see why they can't put something over that area to complete the "n."

Lets urge them to apply some adhesive vinyl decals!!!

It does need to be repaired.

Jesus H. Christ in heaven what the hell is wrong with you?!!

Whine, demand, whine, demand, whine, demand... And it goes on and on for 50+ posts a day. Intermitted by ludicrous suggestions that the blimp must be deflated so it can be transported to Boston. Its so absurd I wont even comment on that.

Are you for real? Frankly, its more comforting to think you aren’t.

I am absolutely real.

The blimp project could be a very successful project. I don't want to see it harmed by the blimp not arriving in Boston for the Tea Party or a huge hole left in the banner.

I don't want ...

I think by now we all know what you want and don’t want.

Its just that the world doesn’t revolve around you and what you want.

Posting it over and over and over again wont change that either. It only annoys the hell out of everyone.
Those that havent put you on ignore allready that is.

Anyone who wants to can put me on their ignore list. I don't care. I'll keep on speaking my mind and they don't have to listen. They have the right to speak their mind and I have the right to speak mine. I could put them on ignore but I do not. There are several people on here that frustrate me.

For example, I find the talk about Ron Paul running with Kucinich absolutely insane but I have not ignored those people who bring it up over and over again. I also find the talk of Ron Paul running as a third party candidate inappropriate, but I don't ignore them. I realize that in this life there are going to be tons of people that I don't agree with. I'm willing to read what they have to say even if I totally disagree with it.

If people put me on ignore it does not matter, because someone who would do that is someone I would not want to have anything to do with anyway.

Try asking him these questions from my Managers' Manual guide on how to handle an employee who is acting strangely:

" Are you under the influence of an illegal drug or prescription medication?"

If the answer is "No"

"Then to what do you attribute your unusual behavior?"

The blimp people need to treat the critics much better. They are your customers. You don't insult your customers if you are looking for more purchases. Things could have been run much better, hopefully they will learn and pay more attention to the matters at hand.

I am glad somebody is there to oversee the blimp the project.

The blimp people should not ignore requests for information. They are going to come back to us to ask for more money.

If they were not so busy giving media interviews and spent more time watching the progress of the blimp, it might be up already.

Who is Rori Paul?

:p

It could be a good inside joke T...

what fun explaining that to the un-initiated! :

well, there's this guy running for prez and the supporters rented a blimp for him but the artist didn't talk to the people w/ the blimp so put text over the fill port and...

or - see we got this blimp, and because of campaign finance law, we can't support a specific candidate so we are A) promoting our candidates great granddaughter instead... or B) since we can't directly promote a candidate, we are promoting a mythical person that is close enough to who we really want to promote that Google is guaranteed to suggest the person we want them to find as an alternative...

+1, I thought the exact same thing.

Great work, Delain. When I saw your post with all his "n" quotes, I could barely contain myself.

Man, I wish I could have been there yesterday or today. I drove up on Saturday hoping to catch a banner being put on but it wasn't even there yet. It costs me $20 dollars to drive out to the hangar and back to my house so I can only afford to go back for the launch. At least I'll get to film the takeoff!

I'm glad that a sensible decision was made about the itinerary. A southern tour will prove tremendously successful, especially camping out over SC Capitol during the big day. Hats off to the staff at RonPaulBlimp and all their efforts to have a Ron Paul blimp in the air during the TeaParty
