Ever done anything constructive other than trolling ronpaul forum? First do something thats 1/10 the size of a project as this blimp, and screwup on the way, and than come back and talk to us.

I'd guess everyones own life is bigger than the blimp project. This project *can* still fail. Its a good-will project about making people happy, something cute for the holidays, and children, something that is neat.

Your *bad will* can still >screw< this up vendetta.

I have never used an ignore list on any forum, but now today I have added menthol patch and franklin and this board looks and feels like a whole new board!

USS Akron, 780 ft long. Almost 4x longer than this blimp flew at night regularly. It then crashed in a sudden gale off of the coast of New Jersey 12:30 am with 76 people killed. It was for all practical purposes 'flown/blown into the ocean' according to the accident report. I think that the hanger the pictures were taken in was made for Navy blimps like the Akron.

No point to this.. just interesting I thought.
