Ben Carson’s campaign made a U.S. map and put a bunch of states in the wrong place

After seeing the way you have been coming to his defense all over this site; you are there anytime someone says something remotely negative about Ben, I thought you already work for him campaign, that or Ben Carson is your dad/very close relative.

LOL. Right. Because I should be a blind follower like you and pretend that Rand saying that we should support military tribunals because that's the only way to allow testimony from torture into court is okay but think that supporting a NATO ally against Russian aggression that probably won't happen because Putin doesn't want a war anymore than we do is bad because....well Ben Carson said it and you need to take him down a peg, that means I'm working for the Carson campaign. Got it. Torture good, NATO bad. Anything else I need to understand about you?

Ben Carson is a good man. I have all his books. Got the movie. (Good job Cuba Gooding Jr.) And I think he'd make a great surgeon general. If Rand becomes president and nominates Dr. Carson to that post you and others here are going to look like total asses. If you want to attack Carson on things that he's actually wrong on, like gun control, go right ahead. But why do you enjoy parroting the attacks of the looney left so much? Are you a leftist?

For Rand to win ultimately he needs his ideas to win. Guess what? Donald Trump and Ben Carson share some of those ideas especially when it comes to Iraq and Afghanistan. But political neophytes like yourself are so anxious to prove that Trump and Carson are "neocons" that you are missing, nay destroying the opportunity Rand has to show that actually the ideas of Ron are winning the GOP primary right now and that ultimately he (Rand) is the best person to carry those ideas to fruition. So...carry on screwing things up for Rand.

I read that Ben has NO ONE big or important running his campaign. Which makes one wonder how serious is he really? Maybe get a book and more speech money making opportunities after he bails? After all, that's how he makes his money. It's not from being a doctor.

He has a couple somewhat big names by NH standards running his NH campaign. I cannot speak for things in other states or nationally. I'd be shocked if he won the nomination, not because of his staff's lackings, but because his.

First of all, you don't get to conclude how important something is based on the fact that people don't know it.

If anything, the fact that people don't know it PROVES that it is NOT important.

Second, nobody gives a shit about geography, and they shouldn't have to.

I realized exactly the same things years ago.

One day I was listening to NPR (not by choice), and they were talking about the results of some survey that purported to measure the "scientific literacy" of the general public in America. Apparently, upon being presented with a list of animals including "chickens" and "alligators" (or maybe it was crocodiles instead of alligators) and then being asked "which is most closely related to Tyrannosaurus Rex," more respondents answered "alligators" (or "crocodiles") than answered "chickens." Among other similar items, this result was offered as evidence of a scandalously inadequate level of "scientific literacy" in America. (That this woeful state of affairs was taken as demonstrating an urgent need for action from the education bureaucracy should go without saying - this was NPR, after all ...)

Couldn't they at least have gotten rid of New Jersey while they were at it? And Massachusetts, too ...

Just try drawing a map of the U.S. with the states in their right places. It's very difficult. For example, we all know what states border the state we live in. But pick a couple of states far away and see if you can correctly identify its border states. Having said this, it nonetheless appears that Carson simply has a low IQ when it comes to avoiding situations where he can be completely lampooned.

I'd guess he has a low IQ overall.

Scalpel jockeys need good hands - brains are optional.

Chickens have aquatic roots. Proof:

I don't get the problem. It's close enough. Only a geography nerd would notice that a few states were in the wrong place

wtf? Who does he have working for him? His campaign seems like it's being deliberately sabotaged from the inside. From releasing dumb statements (such as telling Politico he admitted to fabricating his West Point admission), to this nonsense. Either that or he's hired a bunch of knuckle dragging morons

Unless I missed something, Carson nor his campaign admitted to Politico that he fabricated his West Point story.

Straight from Politico: "The original story and headline said that Carson’s campaign had admitted he "fabricated" a "full scholarship" from West Point, but now Carson denies that his campaign’s statement constituted such an admission, and the story and headline were changed to reflect that."

Of all the things Ben Carson could be criticized for, I wouldn't hang my hat on this one.

Although he seems to have weathered the spongegate scandal earlier, can Dr Ben Carson 7thDA-Zionist MD CEO survive the mapgate/pyramidgate/knifegate/hammegate/syriagate/authoritygate scandals ?

Time will tell but signs are not good.

Poll: Trump leads, Carson drops and Cruz moves up

11/20/15 07:00 AM EST
Donald Trump's grip on the Republican presidential race grew tighter on Friday as the standing of Ben Carson fell in the latest NBC News/Survey Monkey online poll of Republican and Republican-leaning voters nationwide. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, meanwhile, is moving closer to the top.
The Manhattan business mogul picked up 28 percent, followed by Carson and Cruz, who are tied at 18 percent. In the previous survey, released in October, Trump and Carson had been locked in a virtual tie at 26 percent each, followed by 10 percent for Cruz.

Mr. Dr. Ben Carson, MD CEO has a bright post-election career as a sock-puppet "analyst" at Fox "News".

If they can get him to keep his eyes open enough to read his lines.

If it's internal sabotage, Armstrong Williams may be a chief suspect. During the GW Bush years, he was one of the columnists known to be getting a check for writing extra-supportive things about Bush administration policies. Is he still on Team Bush?

[h=1]Ben Carson Isn't Waiting Until the Election's Over to Cash In[/h]
[h=3]He's breaking with tradition by continuing to give paid speeches as a candidate.[/h]—By Sam Brodey

GOP grassroots star Dr. Ben Carson is not letting his presidential campaign interfere with another important endeavor: delivering speeches and getting paid handsomely for them. National Review reported last month that Carson, in an unusual move, will continue to deliver paid speeches "well into next fall." The conservative magazine noted that Carson "would break with long-standing practice discouraging presidential candidates from collecting cash at the podium." Carson reportedly charges at least $40,000 for each appearance.
