Beck on O'Reilly

He doesn't have to believe in every single thing we do to help spread the message ya know. Personally, i believe Beck did extraordinarily well on the factor and think those of you discrediting him are not only wasting your energy but fighting against any hopes of reaching the people.

He's not the problem, you're the problem if you believe in this absolutist garbage. Beck's a good man.

beck and oreilly are the biggest joke to american citizens, except the bush fans!

As a Ron Paul fan, I can speak to Beck's goodness. The man had Paul on for an entire hour during his presidential campaign - an interview that, in my opinion, was one of the fairest Paul received, despite Beck and Paul's differences and despite the death threats Beck received by Paul supporters. Since that interview he had Paul (and libertarian candidate Bob Barr) on the show numerous times.

If Beck's a joke, the Campaign for Liberty is delivering the punchline.

I don't really see much to comment on. What did you take from that call?

Just curious as to peoples thoughts on here regarding Glenns comments on the Constitution in light of how the outgoing administration has shown that the Constitution is nothing more than a door mat to them, and along those same lines how certain Constitutional issues have been completely ignored (or worse) not only by the incoming administration, but their "followers" as well. (apologies for the run-on sentence, I haven't finished my coffee yet)

I used to find Glenn...let's say, "entertaining"...but after those comments, to me he's just another MSM sell-out who's stated loyalties to Constitution and Country are feigned at best. His "roll over and take it" attitude disgusts me, and implying that his caller is "un-American" because they wouldn't follow suit was a despicable insult.

I must say I find it quite surreal to see the "change" (ahem) that's taken place in the collective American mindset; things such as Marxism, communism and socialism were once considered to be treason.

Today they are called "change".

Beck has rather bluntly distanced himself from the policies of the outgoing administration.

His attitude isn't one of "roll over and take it". He simply believes in the American system. We elected a President. Whether or not we as individuals voted for the man, the system to which we pledge allegiance chose him to lead us, therefore he is our President. While I find myself a little too cynical to take Beck's side on this issue with any great enthusiasm, I do understand where he comes from and I would not consider his position a despicable insult.

That's just a hair dramatic. I doubt Karl Marx is looking up from hell with a smile and a tear in his eye at the thought of an Obama administration. Obama moves America in a direction I don't like, a direction that one day might lead to communism or socialism, but Obama's policies aren't communism or socialism by a long shot.
