How do you know he is 16 and sorry. It could be a ploy to make you feel sorry for him and not go to the cops or worse after him.

Hence I never donate to pitch ins/chip ins. I thought of doing a chip in myself but decided not to because:
A. I worry I would not get enough donations to do what I want, and it would be a wasted effort.
B. I wouldn't know how to receive the money since I really don't use pay pal.
C. My state is pretty worthless in terms of delegates lol. Wisconsin = 40 Delegates, Winner Take all, with Paul doing very poorly here last go around.

yeah i think its been established he was bsing since the term fraud was coming up.

he should have actually came clean, said he was a scumbag trying to scam money but he'll give it all back, but he made up more lies to cover it up. whole thing makes me sick, and it looks like this has been an epidemic around here, even if people say theyre doing what they're going to do, it might cost a fraction of what they claim.

i reiterate my point anyone who is gonna make a chipin request.. should have to go through some checks first, otherwise their thread/request is shutdown by a mod asap.
