How can you call a winner, or even say 'it's too close to call' when there is 0.05% of the votes in..
Ban all exit polls...and do not declare anyone a winner until 80% of the precincts have reported...

Have you taken any courses in statistics? That's how.

... and ban entrance polls, and premature projections. That's like, trying to score ratings every way possible -- "You heard it first, on CNN! we are now projecting that [etc...]"

So when clearwater florida reports, and everyone voted for Tom Cruise with 101% (1% for Xenu) Tom cruise won? according to statistics............Only certain people will get this joke =)

Yeah, because this election cycle has been full of media incorrectly calling states based on flawed exit polls.

Oh, wait. They've been right every time.

Not to mention that Dr. Paul would be ashamed of his supporters advocating unconstitutional restrictions on freedom of the press and freedom of speech just because we didn't like what they were saying.

I think Ron Paul would say that his supporters have the right to believe what they want to. Just because we have opinions about an issue doesn't mean anyone in the press is obligated to change anything.

For instance, we all share the opinion the Dr. Paul should get equal time in an objective free press. They apparently don't agree and they certainly haven't changed anything.

I agree with all that. I was referring to the OP who wanted to "ban" exit polls.
