Should just be a visit from Ron Paul. That is incentive enough, he can speak at a public place or something whee the entire meetup gets to be with him. No cars or money. We should not be spending money on that, we should all want the money to go to getting him elected. I like the raffle idea better, for the group, not one person. This way it is a group effort. If we simply give the group with the most money, then that's not fair for those of us who live in rural areas. I think if we should figure out 255.00 per person in each group, then that total will be the goal. Those groups that come with 75% of this goal or more qualifies for the raffle.

Good point. This might be hard / illegal to coordinate. But I don't like the idea of a physical item which costs money as a prize. I almost feel that getting to see the ticker go up, and the competition among groups is good enough.

On a side note, the 255 dollar amount got met thinking a little; 2^8 = 256. In base 2, this is 8 bits (1 byte) with all bits set to 1 represented as "FF" or "1111 1111". Is this relevant? Not really, but maybe it could inspire some of our creative folks to come up with something catchy to promote this drive. I know it's way out there, but that's also how some of the best ideas get started.
