I bet Carol would throw a few of you over her knee right now.
Anybody saying the attacks are stupid, just ask Rick Perry, Newt Gingrich, and Rick Santorum how they felt during the election...coming from the RP campaign.
Sure, some of the attacks are probably no doubt stupid and ridiculous...the fact is though, the RP campaign is complicit in Rand Paul's endorsement of Mitt Romney by not only their silence from Ron Paul, but by using the official campaign website to now try and defend it also.
The Ron Paul 2012 campaign sold out donors, supporters, and Americans in general, apparently for a seat of the GOP's table. The table is rotten folks, and food served is poison. Look at the excellent politicians the GOP has brought us before...
Again, if Rand Paul is an adult and had spoken for himself during the endorsement, that might be one issue.
When you waste people's time/money/sacrifices though, $30+ million just in donations not counting time and PFH efforts, I don't see how they can expect people to not be outraged over the failure that was, is, the 2012 Ron Paul Campaign, and 2008 for that matter.
Again, let Mitt Romney hand Ron Paul the nomination at the convention and perhaps this goes away. Unfortunately though, the RP campaign was not serious about winning, and in that, they were dishonest with people's money/time/sacrifices.
When were we ever not "respectful"? I think whoever wrote that email fell for the media line that Ron Paul supporters were causing chaos everywhere we went. We followed the rules and were respectful
Did you listen to the Rand Paul interview with Peter Schiff? Or Not? Just curious. I respect that you have your right to your opinion, but you are counter to people who have more credibility than you. (to me, with respect) So, have you listened to that interview? And if so, I'd like you to address it.
I have listened to it yes, and the DailyPaul "interview" as well. I already addressed those in another thread, that was either moved to "Hot Topics" or the "Rand Paul" forum.
Rand Paul did not have to lie in his endorsement, and he did. Or he is just ignorant. Either way, that's not good for people running around defending him. He could have spoken for himself, which I have also provided an example of.
Again, perhaps Mitt Romney is handing Ron Paul the nomination, and Rand did this just to seal the deal beforehand and to make it dramatic like a good wrestling match. I sure hope so, for the sake of Ron Paul's lasting impressions, and Rand Paul's future politically.
Probably not, actually. Ron's spoken against corporal punishment.
Having listened to the rest of this interview, and her comments about the attacks and language on Facebook, her clearly having discussed this with Ron as well, I am disappointed in us.
We hit a bump in the road, we lash out. Our passion is admirable, our lack of maturity is not.
And for those who say I cannot speak for the whole, you're right, but the overwhelming reaction has been of a rabid attacking dog.
We will recover, sometime, and Alex Jones will most likely issue an apology for his knee-jerk reactionary sensationalizing.
See? People were being jerks to Carol....
I guess she is right, people blame the parents for what their children does... even though Rand is a grown man.
I do find it strange that Carol hasn't talked to Rand, very strange. That is a red flag.
What? You act like it is news to you that our guys have been trying to get in leadership positions in the GOP, all over the country. If it is news to you, where have you been? Training has been going on for the last several YEARS for this.Anybody saying the attacks are stupid, just ask Rick Perry, Newt Gingrich, and Rick Santorum how they felt during the election...coming from the RP campaign.

Nothing is perfect and certainly not the campaign. But, have you looked at your own self in the mirror lately? How many phone calls did you make trying to help in the Phone from Home program? How many of your neighborhood streets did you walk and how many doors did you knock on handing out campaign literature? How many emails and videos did you create trying to make the moneybombs a success? Well????Again, if Rand Paul is an adult and had spoken for himself during the endorsement, that might be one issue.

Get real. Romney isn't going to hand Ron Paul the nomination.Again, let Mitt Romney hand Ron Paul the nomination at the convention and perhaps this goes away.
That's bull. They damn sure did try; especially at the beginning. Later on, I agree, it felt like it transitioned to something else.Unfortunately though, the RP campaign was not serious about winning, and in that, they were dishonest with people's money/time/sacrifices.
