Not my dogs, shelter dogs. I didn't actually do the feeding that day, I just donated some food, blankets, and money on that day.

I work with a lot of charities- that just happened to be the one I was helping that day.

Getting out and working with the local animal shelter, or food bank, or VA hospital, or school or whatever you choose will do far more to tangibly help America and Americans than tilting at windmills or tapping at your keyboard. You will have an immediate positive effect, whereas political work often brings about no real improvement.

Obviously, I think that participating in politics is important. I have run for office many times as a liberty candidate, I frequently donate to candidates, and have worked on political campaigns since I was a kid, but I realize, and you should too, that there's a whole lot more to life than politics.

So leave this thread if you don´t have Anything positive to say!

Did I give you the impression so far that I was someone who would be easily bullied? I guess you are even slower on the uptake than I thought.

1st off, we need real opinions in here.....so telling someone to leave because they have a different opinion is very immature.

2nd, phonebooking may be a good idea but that doesn't mean everyone is gonna do it, for many different reasons.

3rd, grow up and stop fighting eachother.

Today has been one of the best day's of phone banking. I've made 300 calls and out of those who answered 65% were for Schiff or leaning to vote for him. It's paying off.

Ok, after watching Peter's video blogs, I finally made my first phone calls. I did it for Sara & Spencer. I hate chasing people, especially liberals and neocons who supported Obama and McCain instead of Ron Paul. Wish I could be talking to libertarians instead. I have also donated to Peter's campaign multiple times and I was encouraging the fans of Peter's Facebook page to phonebank by showing them these video blogs. So far I left two messages and one person I talked to was voting for Peter.

Part of me wants to scold anyone who makes it clear they won't vote for Peter.
Thanks for the encouragement. It's so frustrating to chase McCain and Obama supporters but I'll try to forget about that time I call the folks living in that liberal-infested state. I was happier chasing Peter's supporters in Peter's Facebook page.

Sorry for the Confusion - I was going off the number of calls I made that day. I made 445 calls and I did it off of those numbers that answered.

I made 503 calls today, I wish I took down the stats today also. More and More people are learning about Schiff. Phone Banking is actually working and followed up by his media blast it should be a good chance.
