All of this sounds like an illustration of how constitutionalism fails.
I'm just confused as to how you initially brought this up to somehow illustrate why anarchism fails.
My example is exactly what has happened to our nation. Many years now through quiet subversive indoctrination we have been successfully invaded and are now owned by a corporate new world order. So in the bigger picture any debate related to type of government, political parties, elections, candidates, sovereignty, are all inert anyhow, The idea that we have any control over our own destiny as a nation is a complete illusion. The global entities indirectly install the leaders in countries including our own and they remotely rule our nation through these leaders by proxy.
They invaded our country just like Hitler did Austria. For several years he infiltrated Austria with operatives to brainwash them through indoctrination using educational institutions, coercion, and brute force. He promised them a utopian and financially secure world through global dominance and ideology. They fell for it hook line and sinker and with welcome arms opened the doors for him to come invade and rule their country. He then occupied them and imprisoned them as a country in whole. Globalist corporate communism has now successfully done the very same here.
I witnessed it happen play by play since the 60s, The vehicles to disguise their true agenda were welfare wealth redistribution and environmentalism. It started to become obvious a few years after Cloward Piven proposition and then Berkeley and the Sierra Club as a globalist communist front picked up the baton of environmentalism and ran with it. The brainwashing and invasion has been successful and is now complete. We are no longer an independent free nation of self rule. We now have two generations who have been brainwashed into welcoming the global control and have in turn enslaved us all with their ignorance and blindness.
As I said, we are now invaded, occupied, and imprisoned within our own nation and ruled remotely by global entities. In the bigger picture any debate about Constitutionalism or anarchy are completely irrelevant considering the true reality of the situation.
