Date: April 15th---
We are at $919,358.91 right now for the "Give me Liberty!" money bomb. So, we will end up being short of our goal of $1 million.
That being said, this money bomb was by far our least promoted, having roughly a week and a half to get the word out and far fewer graphics than normal. So, in that respect, we didn't do too bad. And a big "thanks" to all of those who donated. We need to push for more "outside" donations for this next money bomb, though, as many of us on here are maxed out or getting close.
This race is not over, let's make that very clear to our fellow voters and to the media. We are still in this fight and are looking to be in really good position in a few states within the next couple months. Remember, we may not have won a straw poll at this point, but it's the caucuses, the actual meetings, that count (become a delegate if you aren't one already and are still able to!).
Let's remain organized and energized. Keep spreading the word of Dr. Paul and liberty to family and friends. Be patient and enduring. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Now, we need to get to planning for the next money bomb a.s.a.p. We really need to have it within the next one or two weeks. So, promotion will be short, again, but these money bombs bring in more money than a typical day. So, simply having another money bomb will more than likely draw a lot more money than normal. I've seen a few ideas already thrown out, such as "No Free Beer's" April Fool's Day idea and displaying the other candidates as fakes.
We need to discuss what the idea should be behind this next money bomb, and figure out a date. We don't need to shoot for the sky, necessarily, and set a high goal (such as $2 million) as we did early on in the race. Let's set some competitive goals that we can achieve (such as $750,000 or $1 million). Because at this point, the campaign just needs some quick cash to operate off of and get the message out in states such as California and Texas that are coming up. I'll try to keep this thread bumped and/or updated.
Discuss.
Ideas:
-"End the IRS" (taxes in general)
-"Stop the Spending!"
-"Something's Happening..."
-"Taxed Enough Already?"
