Ok, enough talk, let's get started:
Project Name: Habersham Co Police Shaming
Project Owner: Limequat
Project Synopsis: Habersham County Police near Atlanta Georgia tossed a flash-bang into the crib of little baby Bou trying to find $50 worth of Meth. There have been no indictments, no suspensions, no slaps on the wrists, despite any manor of SWLOD. This project will pool funds from interested RPF parties to buy a billboard to shame the Habersham police and inform the locals of how their tax dollars are being used.

Project Cost: Starting at $3000 on up, depending on how long we can keep the billboard up. Would be nice to use the local media to amplify the exposure. This would necessitate the billboard being slightly provocative so as to generate interest.
Next Steps: I will need to look into means of setting up a chip-in, paypal or whatever. Will need to generate a graphic for the billboard, so creative types are welcome. Once we have a few proposals, I will likely hold a poll to vote on the winner. If we decide to use Baby Bou's likeness, we'll have to get permission from the parents.
Tasks: PM me if you're interested in taking one of these on:
1) Build a website with more information about baby bou. Could be potentionally posted on the billboard.
2) Contact Baby Bou's family to get permission to use the photo, ask about using the justiceforbabybou URL
3) Bagman: Need an unused paypal address that could host the donations and make payments to the billboard company
4) Solicit hard quotes from billboard companies. I already checked Lamar's website. Packages start at $1500, but go WAY up in more populated markets. There's a possibility that they will balk once they see our artwork.
