I'm a bit concerned about the color of the words "Police State". I can all but see people trying to make that out if moving and getting in an accident. Opening us up to legal hassles. It needs to be more clear. Brighter. Especially on the right.

Might also add "wrong Address"! The guy they were looking for had not been living there in a while... And was not there at the time of the raid.

How about making the first line in a larger font?

Exactly, many people have trouble seeing text that is not high contrast. Even some color combinations are difficult, for me. High contrast grey scale is better for text. (ie, I can hardly tell that the word "State" in "Police State" is even there)
 
Suggested text for the Billboard: (Color of text TBD)

This is the cost of the War on Drugs:

Habersham County Police went to the WRONG ADDRESS

No drugs found.
No arrests made.
No problem.

Try telling that to Baby Bou.

I thought about that. I would be nice to have a link to justiceforbabybou.com, but they may not want to be affiliated with something more...aggressive. Another option would be to create a new website, but that's more than I want to take on. If somebody else built it, we could talk about putting it up.
 
Thanks to all for the great feedback so far. I'm not resting. With chip-in down, I'm working on setting up a pitchinbox. However, this requires a linked paypal account. I use paypal for a small business and can't have donations for this mixing with that. So I'm not quite sure of the way around that.

I'm on a windows pc and it displays a flash page to click on which takes me to a donation page. I sent $20.

I could do more. It was kind of a test. I suggest learning more about how to present this type of stuff. :D
