nervous. very nervous. Shit's gonna get real
Honestly, I am feeling more serious than that. I am feeling something more along the lines of...
I wasn't involved in the last campaign. I'm jumping out of my skin for this. I can't imagine what the originals feel like,
I'm going to a watch party in Orlando at liberty HQ.
If we win Iowa I will be bawling my eyes out.
Scared. Excited. Nervous. Anxious. I'll probably be a wreck till the results come out.
And if Paul wins, I'll be sobbing with joy.
I am getting drunk so that I can get through the day without having to deal with the real world.
I HOPE you're not in IowaI thought the caucus was on the 4th?
You people who are new to this (IE weren't here in 2007/8), I suggest you temper your expectations.
Rick Santorum could VERY well win Iowa tomorrow and Ron Paul could come in 3rd. If that were to happen and propel Santorum to 2nd in NH, our campaign may be over.
Less than 2nd tomorrow night could destroy us.
Work like mad, pray if that's what you do, and be ready to celebrate. But temper your expectations because this is an UP HILL battle and we ARE the underdog.
I'm not trying to take any fire out of you at all. Just the opposite.
But losing HURTS. Badly. Hope for 1st, prepare for 3rd.
