I would push for NE Wyoming, except if Yellowstone blew, the whole state would go. 8-( I love Wyoming, because in 2004, the Wyoming Sheriff's association got together and co-authored a letter to the US Department of Justice stating that they believed that the USA PATRIOT Act was blatantly unconstitutional, and if any Feds came into Wyoming to enforce any of the tenants of the Patriot Act in their state without their explicit permission, they would be arrested and thrown in jail.

That, of course, moved Wyoming to the very top of my list. Only problem is, I'd be very concerned about the potential for Yellowstone to blow it's lid and take out the whole state, plus half the rest of the USA due to the fallout.
