Can anyone explain to me why Alex Jones is so in love with Donald Trump? Is it his support of using eminent domain to steal land for private companies? Is it because he says we haven't used the Nuclear Triad enough? Is it his support of a progressive income tax? I have always thought Alex Jones was mostly theater, I just wonder if he didn't jump on the Trump wagon to get a ratings boost but that's just my thoughts.

I listen to Jones on a daily basis. His number one choice is Rand Paul. He's not so sure about Trump. In-fact, Jones asks all his guests what they think of Trump... is he for real, etc. Trump was on his show a couple of weeks ago, which did take some balls on Trump's part. Jones enjoys Trump's no bullshit attack on the establishment. Also, Trump is a 9/11 truther and a birther; which is endearing to the Jones audience. But Rand is still number 1, although Jones wishes Rand would be more "Trumpish" in attacking the Washington insiders.

I watched the Trump Interview and took it as and endorsement. Alex asked no tough questions and pretty much kissed his ass the whole time. I guess he could have just been really excited that trump came on his show but it just rubbed me the wrong way

I've developed the impression that Alex does not deal out tough interviews to anyone.

He talks up common points that he has with the guest and does a lot of self-promotion when he could be letting his guest speak.

One interview stands out differently.

His interview with Bill Ayers was a disaster. Alex tried too hard and came off as childish. He tried to copy what he did with Pierced Organ and it didn't work at all.

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy Alex.

What do you mean by "Trump is a 9/11 truther." Quote/Video? That could bring him down if anything could.

Very succinct summary. Honestly, I think the biggest reason Trump gets a positive spin from infowars is that Trump has campaigned against the establishment. Regardless of whether you think Trump does or does not represent establishment views, you have to agree that his non pc answers and complete disregard for the dwindling msm is brilliant.

On today's show Jones said he does not trust Trump.

You must not have heard the interview he did with David Duke or Debra Medina. He shouted David Duke down the whole interview barely letting him get a word in and he asked Debra tough questions

Ron Paul was such a great teacher, how can a single one of his students actually believe Alex Jones is for real...
...other than the fact Ron was a repeat guest on his show.

I did hear the Duke interview, but not the Medina one.

Alex was a dick to Duke and came across as infantile much like the Ayers interview.

Alex is capable of much better than this interview.

I sent them an email not too long ago about about Trump going against some of the things infowars stands for and encouraged them to talk about Rand more.

Yes, agree. Like John McCain's own Mom, one day we might have to hold our nose and pull the lever for Trump. If it's between Trump and Rubio, I would have to go Trump. It's almost like choosing between Jason or Freddie Krueger. Or add Hillary to the mix, versus the black widow.

...i pray more of us cease affirming republicrats at the polls...when offered choices such as jason, kreuger, black widows, etc. creeps galore, it's always best to abstain...

...i know, it's frustrating...as claire wolfe put it, 'america is at that awkward stage...it's too late to work within the system, but a little too early to shoot the bastards...

...and alex jones is nothing more or less than ruse limbaugh 3.0...another stinking 'conservative republican' propagandist/activist/cheerleader...(btw ruse limbaugh 2.0-beck- is real slow and has lots of bugs...

Correction. He stabbed Debra Medina in the back when she wouldn't parrot his Truther bullshit.
