You don't seem to get it. The right to bear arms doesn't come from the NRA or the government. I for one have no respect for the NRA, but that doesn't mean I want to surrender my right to bear arms. If you Canadians want to surrender your rights to the illusion that the government will protect you, that is certainly your choice. My right to defend my life is not dependent upon what the people of socialist Canada dream up. You keep trusting in your almighty government and I will keep trusting myself.
