According to the New Yorker, Romney will get 1,122 delegates

(it is an insult to miracle to even call a zero percent chance of happening a miracle)
This person obviously has a problem grasping the meaning of the concept denoted by the word "miracle."
Makes me wonder what other words/concepts this person has trouble understanding...

Yeah. Now just for math purposes, lets say that Florida has 100 delegates and 100 alternate delegates going to the convention.

It looks like Mitt Romney is going to pass 1,144. What do the RP delegates from Florida do? Walk off the floor.

Result?

Romney only gets 75 delegates from Florida.

Doesn't work that way - Romney delegates don't actually have to physically "vote" - they are hard-pledged so their votes are counted before the convention even opens. All you get for walking out is you lose your ability to vote for Ron Paul on the 2nd ballot.
