4th is not a success if we still finish below 10%

I just cant for the LIFE of me figure out how people vote so much for Huckabee...I mean I wont even say what I think about him because Im not here to be nagative, but wow...just wow.

Huckabee gets the theocon vote.

Thats it.. i'm off the boards for the night.. I CANT WATCH THIS SHIT.

GOD DAMN IT HQ

CNN has 5% reporting.

We're getting some separation from that empty suit Thompson, but 6% is still where we are.

I agree. IMO Huckabee voters have to be the stupidest people on the planet. Surely they haven't looked up anything on where he stands.

All I keep hearing is "he is really funny, and seems like a nice guy"....all I keep thinking is thats what people said about Bush too...dont they learn? Dont they do reasearch on the actual issues, not how "nice" someone SEEMS?

I still feel good that so many people believe in freedom. What do some people expect? We are trying to convince pro-war to vote anti-war.

I'm from Oakland County, and our meetup group alone has around 120 people, so don't be completely disappointed. The areas which are currently reporting are the most hard core towthepartyline-Republicans. Although the Wayne number is far too low right now to be accurate for the long run. We have around 10,000 hardcore supporters and we've branched out to the middle eastern community (every single gas station I pass has a huge Ron Paul sign), the gun community, the evangelical community, the auto workers. Please be patient and await the results.

Good to know. Thanks for mentioning that. :)

MSNBC reported very , very low independent and democrats voted. That means most of teh vote are traditional GOP votes.

Considering that the campaign basically wrote the state off, it's not bad.

However, unlike Giuliani and even Thompson, we don't have a firewall. Early states are meant for dark horses.

I bet Paul stays locked at 4th. It doesn't make sense to not see any variation as the numbers come in, but that is what we saw in NH.
