100 Things I Learned from the 2012 GOP Primary

I have a few, because this was actually something I have been working on:

27) Retail politics is still the most effective way of campaigning.
26) Social media is great for shaping opinions on issues, but is ineffective at GOTV
25) Don't duplicate efforts
24) Tailoring your message to your intended audience is essential.
23) Negative allegations need to be addressed, corrected and silenced
22) All 99 counties in Iowa are worthy of a visit.
21) Never "skip" an early state regardless of the potential outcome.

That's about all for now.

18. The Black-Outs and Marginalization will remain standard operating procedure regardless of whether Ron Paul is 1 of 10 Candidates or down to 1 of 4.

13; Don't try and use the military donations as a campaign ad out of one side of your mouth and insult the troops out of the other side of you mouth.

12: Rand Paul is shorter than he looks,....and he looks very short. (I met him in IA)
